Investigation And Research On The Operation Mechanism And Sustainable Development Of Chongqing Youth Football Club

It is self-evident that football is the first sport in the world.Football is the most influential single sport in sports.In recent years,China's football population is also increasing,the past single school sports can not meet the development of youth football.Therefore,in such a situation,the youth football club,which takes football training,football education and football equipment sales as management means,came into being.Driven by the hot investment environment of professional football in China,more and more parents and friends are willing to let their children learn football.It is a spring of development for the youth football club.At the same time,due to the low market access mechanism,in recent years,there have been many cases of individual running schools,and youth football clubs have sprung up.It seems that this is a good momentum for the development of an industry.But at the same time,it also contains a great crisis.Everyone hopes to get a share in the field of youth football training.Therefore,how to get rid of the management dilemma,improve their core competitiveness and occupy a place in the increasingly fierce market has become an urgent problem.At present,I have been engaged in the management of youth football clubs in Chongqing.At the same time,I have established many club directors in the industry.In this paper,15 youth football clubs in Chongqing are selected as the research objects.Through literature review,questionnaire,interview,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,the management mode and operation mechanism of the 15 youth football clubs were investigated.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Chongqing Youth Football Club has a concentrated regional distribution and a large number of students.However,the regional development is not balanced,and there is a huge gap in the development scale between various clubs.2.The cultural level and professional level of club managers are low,and lack of high-quality professional management talents.At the same time,there are fewer senior coaches and more low-level coaches.3.There are few self built venues and many uncertain factors in renting venues.At the same time,the cost of renting the site is high,and the operation pressure of the enterprise is huge.4.The club management system is relatively perfect,but the degree of implementation is not in place,and the management is mostly loose management.The construction of organization is relatively perfect,but it fails to play the best overall effect.5.The investment subject of the club is mostly the sole proprietorship of natural person,and the investment mode is relatively single.At the same time,the overall income source of Chongqing Youth Football Club is single,and the operation risk is high.6.There is a lack of modern marketing methods in enterprise marketing,and the promotion methods are relatively backward.There is a lack of a unified training program and the training plan is temporary.7.The mobility of coaches is too high,and parents' satisfaction with teaching and related services needs to be strengthened.
