The modern race walking movement has changed from the simple competition of athletes' endurance in the past to the competition of athletes' comprehensive abilities,such as technique,endurance,tactical application ability,team cooperation ability,intelligence level and volitional quality,which requires athletes to achieve coordinated development in all aspects and there can be no shortcoming.Since the 2000 Olympic Games,our country race walking movement appeared unprecedented low tide,it has to do with the coach and excessive pursuit of "speed" is directly related to the training,through the research on foreign race walking project,found by the physiological and biochemical index of monitoring control athletes body function change is a simple and feasible method.In this way,the over-training and unreasonable training behaviors can be avoided.Based on the excellent men race walking athletes three race team on behalf of the athletes in jiangsu province as the research object,using literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logic analysis method,experimental research methods,such as during altitude training by 3 athletes physiological and biochemical index change research,analysis of the altitude training when the change law of physiological and biochemical indexes,for altitude training walking in China to help provide certain theory.The research results show that:1.Altitude training can improve athletes' anaerobic threshold speed,and by controlling the change of athletes' anaerobic threshold speed,it can help coaches make training plans based on reality.During the plateau training,the hemoglobin index of athletes increased from low to high and then to low,indicating that the low-oxygen environment at the plateau increased the hemoglobin index of athletes,while the hemoglobin index gradually decreased after they adapted to the environment at the plateau.2.During the plateau training,the athletes' sports center rate showed a change trend from high to low,which decreased with the deepening of the plateau training and gradually leveled off.The morning pulse index fluctuated during the plateau training and showed a trend from high to low.During the three plateau training sessions with the same load,the overall change of blood lactic acid showed a trend from low to high and then to low,and the change became more and more stable with the deepening of plateau training.4.After entering the plateau,creatinase increased significantly.However,with the continuous deepening of plateau training,creatinase gradually decreased and became more stable.The blood urea index fluctuated to some extent during the plateau training,but tended to be stable as a whole.5.After three times of the same load plateau training,the urine protein index of the athletes showed a trend from high to low and tended to be stable.The protein index of urine from the morning of the next day was the lowest in the third training,followed by the second and the highest in the first training,indicating that the body recovered faster and faster after heavy load training and the body function was constantly improved with the deepening of plateau training.6.During the plateau training,the serum testosterone index of athletes fluctuates to a certain extent,showing a process from high to low and then to high.
