Physiological And Biochemical Monitoring&Function Evaluation On Chinese Excellent Female Short-distance Swimmers’ Altitude Training

1, The study purpose:in order to explore China’s short distance of elite female athletes during winter training period of plateau training function assessment index letter effect problem and individually focused athletes function evaluation problem.2,Research methods:of6Chinese Elite short distance female swimming athletes, for a period of around half1/2-3-lpattern of the altitude training,(first half of the week during altitude training, altitude training of the second week, the third week, the forth week, the fifth week) function assessment biochemical indices, exercise training performance index of athletes during training), the load monitoring.3,The results show that:The results of1(T test):On the athletes’ main kick ability, a short distance from the intermittent training method, long distance training method training effect evaluation, found in the athlete during the altitude training for the main kick ability has been improved significantly (P<0.05); altitude training in the first week during training, interval training intensity is significantly decreased (P<0.01), while the intermittent training last movement ability and the immediate blood lactic acid caused no significant effect (P>0.05).The results of2(a week of the blood index of repeated measures ANOVA test):WBC just to a plateau in the first week after the rise, decline, than on the plateau before the high, third weeks and four and fifth weeks were significantly (P<0.05), but in reasonable range; reflecting aerobic capacity of RBC, HGB, Hct after plateau training has increased (P<0.05), altitude training has achieved the desired results; at the beginning of the three indicators are declining; CK value with the altitude training shows wave type ascendant, except in the plateau third weeks CK value beyond the normal value besides, the weekly CK value control in the normal range, the first and second weeks of CK value has the remarkable difference (P<0.05); the value of BUN in altitude training of the plan are controlled in the normal range, just to the plateau in the first week of decline, followed by a progressive rise in the Highlands, the last a week peaked second weeks and third weeks and four were significant difference (P<0.05), next plateau in the first week of adjustment after a fall; weight change overall rendering font change.Results3(correlation analysis):reflects the aerobic capacity of RBC, HGB, Hct were highly positive correlation (R,=0.766, R2=0.810, R3-0.712; P<0.05); CK value change in the normal range and intermittent training immediately after10seconds of heart rate with a moderate positive correlation (R=in0.485, P<0.05); BUN values in the normal range, and interval training on the immediate blood lactic acid showed a moderate negative correlation (R=-0.593; P<0.05); interval training on the maximum swimming speed and interval training on the average swimming speed has a moderate positive correlation (R=0.509, P<0.05); intermittent training of the average swimming speed and HGB has certain positive correlation (R=0.484, P<0.05) and intermittent training immediate blood lactate was negatively correlated (R=-0.606, P<0.05).Results4(case analysis):just to reach the plateau training ZJ advocate400meters of anaerobic threshold intensity in about75%of the strength, with the altitude training, ZJ on training intensity produced very good adaptation to plateau, in second weeks of12×100mBa training in the last group of strength has reached strength of92%WBC in the first week; plateau rising larger changes, followed by a decline, on a plateau after the whole level than in the plateau a week before to be high, but still in the normal range; WBC, HGB, Hct in the normal range of variation, both increased; CK value and BUN value remain at a high level, muscle responses were larger and the body has been maintained at a reasonable range of great strength;4, Conclusion:the analysis shows that the following points:1) In the winter period of altitude training, the high level of outstanding athletes, on a plateau in the preparation period of time compressed to half of the week is feasible. Strength training increases gradually, almost to the point of plateau training and plain, but training gradually decrease in volume.2) on the plateau, the whole group appeared before the downward trend, tip may appear hemolysis; in plateau training in BUN as the strength control and fatigue status response important index; training on blood lactic acid monitoring for training intensity control has important guiding role. 3) on the ZJ individual longitudinal tracking observation after the training period of plateau training their aerobic capacity has been very good to consolidate, its200meters main exercise capacity may be helpful to improve. With the immediate blood lactate and immediate heart rate and weight change to adjust her training intensity and training tools have a good reference.
