Vocational and technical education is an important part of the national education system,and its development is related to the development of a country and society.Iran's Vocational and technical education began in the 20 th century,with the deepening of the semi-colonial colony in Iran,the Iranian society began a long process of modernization,and education modernization began,its vocational and technical education also flourished with modern education.Iran's vocational and technical education runs through the historical process of Iran's modernization,in the second half of the 20 th century,Iran's vocational and technical education reached a stage of prosperity.But in Iran's history,its real important role was after the establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran.The Islamic Republic of Iran was established in 1979.In the following two decades,the country has made great progress in all aspects.Iran has also made remarkable achievements in the field of education,especially in vocational and technical education.At present,domestic research on Iran's vocational and technical education is relatively rare.The research on Iran's vocational and technical education in the 20 years after the Islamic Revolution is basically in a blank stage.Therefore,a historical study of the development of Iran's vocational and technical education during this period can theoretically sort out the development of vocational and technical education in the 20 years after the Islamic Revolution.It is beneficial to enrich domestic research on Iran's history,deepen people's understanding of Iran's education after the Islamic Revolution,it will fill in the gaps in vocational and technical education research during this period.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance.At the same time,the whole society pays attention to and develops vocational and technical education is one of the trends in theworld today.At the beginning of the establishment of the Islamic Republic,the State adopted many measures to promote the development of vocational and technical education.By carefully studying the development measures of vocational and technical education in this period,and carefully analyzing the achievements and shortcomings of the development of vocational and technical education in this historical period,we can be inspired and guided by this,and promote the transformation of ideas and understandings of the Chinese people,and then promote the development of vocational and technical education in China,to improve the development level of vocational and technical education.Therefore,it has important practical significance.This article takes the development of Iran's vocational and technical education after the Islamic Revolution as the main line.The full text is divided into five parts.In the first part,it mainly talks about the origin of Iran's vocational and technical education,and analyzes it with the historical development of Iranian society in the20 th century.In the second part,the analysis of the development of Iranian education after the Islamic Revolution was mainly carried out from the changes in women' s education and the changes in the education system.The third part is the core of the full text.It mainly analyzes the development of Iran's vocational and technical education after the Islamic Revolution,from the need to develop social economy,the country attaches great importance to the realization of the actual needs of the country' s independent development and the need to resolve the contradiction between labor supply and demand.It also study the development measures of vocational and technical education,mainly includes the development of non-formal training in vocational and technical education,the establishment of specialized organizations responsible for the development of vocational and technical education,the diversification of vocational and technical education forms,and the professionalization of vocational and technical education teacher training institutions.The fourth part summarizes the achievements of Iran's vocational and technical education in the 20 years after the Islamic Revolution(1979-2000).The fifth part is an appropriate analysis and evaluation of the development of Iran's vocational and technicaleducation after the Islamic Revolution,which affirms both development achievements and deficiencies.
