Students' Evaluation Of Teacher's Teaching Motivation And Its Influence On Their Own Learning Motivation

Now,more and more emphasis is placed on students' learning,and the research on students' learning motivation is increasingly extensive and deep.As the other main body in teaching activities,the research on teachers' teaching motivation is obviously insufficient.However,in addition to individual factors that affect students' motivation,there is also a very important specific situational factor,which is teacher-student interaction.In this context,this paper discusses whether there is a relationship between students' learning motivation and teachers' teaching motivation and to what extent.This study used the standard version of the Academic self-regulation Questionnaire compiled by Ryan and Connell to measure the peripheral,internal,identity and internal motivation of students' Academic learning.Mareike Kunter*,yi-miau Tsai,Uta Klusmann,Martin Brunner,Stefan Krauss,Ju "rgen Baumert studied" Students' and mathematics teachers' perceptions of teacher enthusiasm and instruction "in 2008.There are three contents in the questionnaire for middle school Students that reflect Students' views on teacher enthusiasm and instruction.Gagne,m.,Forest,J.,Gilber,m.-h.,Aube,C.,Morin,E.,& Malorni,a.were used to compile the work motivation scale in 2010.Let the students evaluate and judge the reasons why the teachers in the questionnaire subject are engaged in this work according to their actual feelings and experiences,that is,the students in the questionnaire evaluate the teachers' teaching motivation.269 students were investigated by questionnaire and data analysis,and the final research results were as follows:(1)students' evaluation of teachers' external motivation in teaching is significantly related to their external motivation in learning.(2)students' evaluation of teachers' internal motivation is positively correlated with their internal learning motivation.Teacher's enthusiasm plays a part in the mediating role.
