| Since the 12th five-year plan(2011-2015),the ministry of educational has officially launched the national educational informationization construction in accordance with the overall deployment and work requirements of educational informationization construction.Various tasks with "three links and two platforms" as the core task have achieved fruitful results.With the official release and implementation of the "educational informationization 2.0 action plan",our national educational management informationization has entered into new development stage.However,there are still some problems existed in management system,working mechanism,talent training and cyber security to be solved by resource integration so as to promote the innovational development of educational management information.Therefore,analyzing the resource integration dilemma of educational management informationization,and finding out the effective methods have been put on the agenda.This paper analyzes the resource integration dilemma of educational management informationization in China adopted literature review,interview method and comparative analysis method,and finds out the problems existed in our national educational management informationization using the information which collected from the workers,experts and scholars in the field of educational informationization.What's more,it will discuss and analyze the dilemma faced by the resources integration of educational management information from the aspects of management system,talent training,and cyber security.At last,based on the development status of educational management informationization in China and the experience of the resource integration of educational informationization in developed countries,the author puts forward several counter measures in the field of management system,talent training and data integration to cope with the current resource integration dilemma. |
