Design And Implementation Of Educational Informationization Collaborative Management System Based On Workflow

In the traditional working mode,some units and universities record their own resources.There are many problems:the recording is not professional,and some resources cannot be opened and used after recording.To this end,some professional education companies have been born,they have professional equipment and personnel,can improve the effect of the course recording.This paper conducts research on the teaching information collaborative management system.The specific research contents are as follows:First,it analyzes some problems existing in the process of teaching informationization,analyzes the solutions to similar problems outside management,and puts forward the research necessity of the teaching information collaborative management system,and clarifies the main content of the research.Second,through the needs research and analysis of the users involved in the course recording company,colleges,curriculum designers,course reviewers,etc.,the functional requirements of the system mainly include:sales management,project management,task management,and curriculum.Management,workload statistics,and system management.The system mainly realizes the collaborative management of course recording.There are many concurrent access users in the system.To meet the concurrent access needs of 200 people,the maximum response time of the system cannot exceed 5 seconds,and the resource occupancy rate cannot exceed 40%.Third,using the modular design idea,the whole system is divided into different functional modules,and the modules interact through interfaces.In terms of architecture design,the Java language,Struts framework and MySQL database were selected.The system should realize the communication and communication between the course recording company and the cooperative school,realize the scientific scheduling and distribution of various resources,so the system is designed in B/S mode to facilitate the user's access and use.The conceptual model of the database is described in the form of E-R graph,and a detailed design description of the database table structure is given.Fourth,the Java language is used to program the specific functions,and the black box test is carried out at each stage of the implementation process to ensure that the system can continue to operate stably while meeting the functional requirements.Through the deployment and use of the system,the third-party intervention of the course recording company makes the information management of teaching resources more professional,integrates the corresponding educational resources,and realizes the scientific and intelligent management of educational resources.The system is applicable not only to the recording of college courses,but also to video recording of other units.The development of this system is of great significance.
