After years of information construction, the informationization of Quanzhoueducation sector has already got great achievement. The rapid evolution of computermultimedia technology、internet technology and telecommunication technologyprovide the technical base to build fully digital information resource environment. Itis a future development trend of educational informationization that to make use oflatest information technology to gather、process、integrate、transfer and apply therelevant information of teaching、management and public service of education sector,then make further advance of digital integration of information systems.This article makes a objective totally analysis of the informationizationdevelopment status and feature of primary and middle school of Quanzhou, througha large number of questionnaire and interviews to IT staffs. By the study of thisresearch, We discover some particular problems from the process of informationconstruction, such as lack of funding、short of systematic planning and application ofinformation system. These problems restrict the further development ofinformationization of Quanzhou education sector. As a result, educationalinformationization stagnates. Hence, it is meaningful to make study and research onthe problem and strategy of Quanzhou educational informationization.By the study of leading edge information technology, we make analysis ofadvantages and disadvantages of various kinds of informatioanizaion models, thenfinally provide series of operational solution and advice, refer to the internationaladvanced informationization trend and the real situation of Quanzhou educationsector.
