The innovation of the integration of information technology and education and teaching in the era of artificial intelligence has given birth to a new "classroom revolution".Various new teaching modes,represented by flipped classroom,intelligent classroom and blended learning,keep emerging,providing a strong support for the reform of talent training mode.Among them,blended learning is an important form of teaching mode reform in the field of higher education and has become an important way to train innovative talents in colleges and universities.How to ensure the smooth development of blended learning,realize the goal of training innovative talents and improve the quality of higher education has become a problem that colleges and universities need to pay attention to.From the experience of developing blended learning colleges and universities at home and abroad,the construction of learning support service system plays an important role in promoting the effect of blended learning and the quality of talent training.Therefore,this study takes blended learning as the research perspective,and constructs the learning support service system from the blended learning perspective by means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis,and puts forward the strategies and suggestions for constructing the learning support service system in Chinese universities.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that in the application process of blended learning,there is an excessive emphasis on students' main body and students' independent learning ability,etc.Therefore,there is a realistic need to construct a learning support service system from the perspective of blended learning for college students to carry out blended learning.Based on analyzing the problems and needs,in order to further carding domestic and foreign colleges and universities to carry out the successful experience of learning support service system construction,this study choose the Open University,University of Southern Queensland and Ocean University of China at home and abroad,analysis of learning support service system construction characteristics of the three universities,summarizes the experience and enlightenment.Based on this,this study,under the guidance of individual adaptability principle,systematic principle,interactive principle and timeliness principle,constructs the learning support service system from the perspective of blended learning,and explains the function of the learning support service system of blended learning in three stages: before the calss,during and after the class.The learning support service system of blended learning should have selflearning support service function before class;The middle stage of the class should have the activity support service function;The after-school stage should have the evaluation support service function;In addition,in order to better support students to carry out blended learning,the system should also have full service functions such as resource support and personnel support.At the same time,the author puts forward the strategies and suggestions for the innovative development of learning support service system in Chinese universities from the perspective of blended learning.In the aspect of self-support service before class,the self-learning task list should be set reasonably and the course video should be carefully designed.The activity support service in class should focus on providing problem situations to ensure the quality of group collaborative learning.In the aspect of after-school evaluation support service,the process evaluation and the summative evaluation should be effectively combined.In addition,we should make full use of online platform data to track students' learning process.Provide students with psychological counseling and guidance;to promote the change of students' learning style;at the same time,the effect of the learning support service system can be improved comprehensively by building a professional counseling team with good service awareness.The learning support service system under the perspective of blended learning constructed in this study and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions can provide reference and experience for the smooth development of blended learning in colleges and universities,even more promote the cultivation of innovative talents in our colleges,and improve the quality of talent cultivation in higher education.
