How to build a learning support service system and promote the effectiveness of blended teacher training has become an urgent problem to be solved and studied.Research on online learning support services has been quite mature,and how to support offline learning-based learning support services is rarely studied.In the study,as" The Project for Promoting of Teacher's ICT Competency" of Zhejiang Province(hereinafter referred to as "Promoting Project")a case,builds learning support service system and verifies its application effects from online and offline.This paper summarizes the applicability of the model and the optimization of the learning support service system of other blended teacher training.On the basis of the research summary at China and abroad,Clarify the significance and direction of this study.The study analyzes the training needs of teachers through field investigation and analyzes the management difficulties,teaching difficulties,psychological difficulties and technical difficulties in the process of learning.Finally,the study puts forward three principle of building learning support service system.After the theoretical analysis,the learning support service system is constructe d from the four dimensions of learning resource support,learning process support,lea ning management process support and learning environment support.From the perspective of learning resources support,the study design a modular curriculum system and the form of the course package delivery,and focus on the co-building and sharing of generative resources in the training progress.From the perspective of the learning process,the study build the online learning support that take tutors as a core,school-based training support which take the workshop as a unit and expert-led classroom practice support.From the perspective of learning management process,the study sets up a hierarchical information management service echelon,provides a standardized way of information management,and develops a strict quality control management mechanism.Learning environment as a guarantee,to provide a set of individual learning,community training and educational management as one of the network learning platform,and create a harmonious offline training environment.After the training,the teachers who participated in the training project are investigated in depth.Through the analysis and statistics of the questionnaire data,it is concluded that the training is effective and the evaluation of the learning support service is preferable.Finally,this paper summarizes the deficiencies of the learning support service system and the improvement of the strategy from the resource construction and e-Tutoring as well as school-based training,and provides theoretical guidance and reference for other blended teacher training learning support services.
