Objective: to collect physiological indexes such as cardiovascular, respiratory and vestibular responses of passengers by using multi-channel physiological parameter synchronous recording equipment in high-speed and high-speed complex amusement environment, and to form the physiological index database of passenger riding roller coaster project by collecting and sorting data. This paper analyzes the changes of physiological indexes before, during and after passengers' riding and the internal relationship between these changes and basic physiological indexes, and finds out the key factors that affect the changes of physiological indexes of passengers. Methods: to recruit tourists who want to take roller coaster rides(storm eye, polar express, jungle flying dragon)in Zhengzhou Fangte theme amusement park, aged between 18-40 years old, healthy, without previous history of heart disease, hypertension, etc. The bioharness portable physiological signal acquisition equipment was used to record the changes of physiological indexes and the blood pressure of the subjects 5minutes before and after riding in real time.Results:(1)the roller coaster ride had an impact on the heart rate, respiratory rate and blood pressure of the subjects, and the heart rate increased significantly after riding;there was a significant difference between the respiratory rate and the maximum respiratory rate after riding;the systolic blood pressure increased significantly before and after riding, but the diastolic blood pressure did not change significantly.(2)The heart rate fluctuated with the acceleration of the device in different periods of time.(3)The maximum heart rate of 10.9% subjects exceeded their own limit heart rate. The heart rate before riding was the key factor affecting the maximum heart rate during riding.(4)The subjective evaluation of the subjects reflected that the stimulation degree of the roller coaster project basically met the needs of tourists.Taking the roller coasterwould cause a series of adverse physiological reactions, mainly manifested as dizziness and pallor.(5)There was no significant correlation between the time interval between meals and the changes of physiological indexes when the subjects took the roller coaster.(6)The best fitting models of heart rate and acceleration and respiratory rate and acceleration are obtained by curve estimation.Although heart rate and acceleration, respiratory rate and acceleration have significant correlation, but the fitting equation adjusted R-square value is small,so more factors need to be considered in practical application.Conclusion:(1)roller coaster ride will affect the heart rate, respiratory rate and systolic blood pressure of tourists, but not the diastolic blood pressure.(2)The heart rate of tourists fluctuates with the change trend of roller coaster acceleration.(3)The heart rate of tourists before riding is the key factor affecting the maximum heart rate during riding.(4)Riding a roller coaster can cause a series of adverse physiological reactions, mainly manifested as dizziness and pallor.(5)The time interval between meals has no significant effect on the physiological stimulation of roller coaster ride.(6)This study mainly discusses the effect of roller coaster acceleration on human heart rate and respiratory rate.In practical application,a series of factors such as roller coaster restraint system, acceleration impact waveform and ischemia-reperfusion injury caused by changes in body position should also be considered.
