Based on microcomputer interface and network communication technology, the research has developed a Distributed Test & Analysis System for Study Psychological & Physiological Response Information (DTAS-SPPRI) by using virtual instrument technology. The thesis mainly gives the design ideas and aims of the system, the hardware and software design as well as the application and implements methods of the system and so on.DTAS-SPPRI consists of three subsystem which are media stimulate presentation, physiological signal collection & analysis and synchronous recording. It brings the physiological signals distributed collecting of the Client/ Server (C/S) model to the truth by using the DataSocket technology. The system can collect many kinds of physiological signals of the learners (experiment objects) synchronously such as Electrodermal, Pulse, Breath, Blood Pressure and Brain Wave after getting stimulation. The system also has many other functions such as multi- physiological indexes data collection, good universal usage, good physiological signals analysis technology. It can complete physiological wave re-displaying, wave correcting, t testing, F testing, A-S plane analysis, (A~f-$) -t plane analysis, Principal Component Analysis(PCA) & Clustering Analysis, Frequency-Chart Analysis, Graphic Displaying and Analysis Report Auto Creation, and so on. To study and evaluate the quality of instructional communication effects and the instructional media, the DTAS-SPPRI offers a better supporting circumstance, an effective evaluation way and a useful method for researchers. Meanwhile, it is also applicable for other psychological and physiological phenomena research in the corresponding fields.By real-time supervising and recording the changes of students' psychological and physiological indexes in the course of learning, and monitoring their exterior behaviors and expression with corresponding analysis of those psychological signals so as to judge student's psychological movements and attitudes during the learning process, this research provides a new research method for Educational Technology field. The research deepens the study and evaluation of instructional communication effects and instructional media's quality, approaches the psychological and physiological level of human beings and has certain meaning for widening Educational Technology subject field.
