With the development of vocational education,the teaching concept is being updated,and the scale of education is being expanded.This is not only a challenge for higher vocational colleges,but also an opportunity.In recent years,China is advocating the construction of a new era of teachers,through the active exploration of various higher vocational colleges,has made great achievements,whether from the school facilities scale,or from the number of teachers,students,have been effective.However,we must realize that teachers in higher vocational colleges are the foundation of the development of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,the establishment of a high quality,high-quality teachers,can not be separated from the construction of a reasonable and effective teacher incentive mechanism.As a member of the teaching team in higher vocational colleges,PE teachers are responsible for cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents.The development of their team is also inseparable from a set of reasonable and efficient teacher incentive mechanism.Therefore,this paper takes the incentive mechanism of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges as the research object,which has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the construction of high-quality and high-quality physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics to analyze the shortcomings of the current incentive mechanism of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges.By sorting out domestic and foreign research literature on the construction of incentive mechanism for PE teachers in higher vocational colleges,and investigating the current situation of incentive mechanism for PE teachers in several higher vocational and technical colleges in jinan,some problems are found,which are mainly manifested in the rigid promotion of professional title and training system.Lack of incentive in compensation and benefits;The scientific nature of performance appraisal needs to beimproved;Research awards are low.Based on the analysis and discussion of the causes of the problems,it is concluded that the reasons for the problems are that the assessment system tends to be qualitative standard,the source of salary is insufficient and the internal management of salary is unfair,the school does not pay enough attention to the incentive of teacher training,the turnover of teachers is large,and the scientific research reward is unequal to the pressure.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes several optimization and improvement measures from two aspects of two-factor theory--health factor and incentive factor.The measures of incentive factors include: optimizing the management system of PE teacher training,paying attention to the incentive management of performance appraisal,improving the comprehensiveness of incentive content,strengthening humanistic care and improving the professional status of PE teachers.
