Communication not only confirms human nature,but also determines human development.Network communication has transcended the limitation of time and space,expanded the scope of communication,changed the traditional concept of the subject of communication,and realized the real equality of communication.On the one hand,network communication liberates people's spiritual world,expands the scope of communication,and enables people to fully show their personality,which greatly promotes the development of people's moral character.On the other hand,there are a series of problems such as interpersonal alienation,moral deficiency,network addiction,information pollution,network crime,etc.This study uses the method of questionnaire to fully understand the basic situation of college students' network communication and the development of their moral quality,and tries to put forward suggestions to improve the development of college students' moral quality.First of all,this study analyzes the connotation of communication,network communication and the development of moral quality.Network communication is the interaction of two or more subjects through network contact,which produces thoughts,culture,emotion and other aspects,and affects the activities of the actors.The structure of college students' moral quality includes moral cognition,moral identity and moral behavior.Network communication provides a more open and equal environment for college students' moral cognition,expands the experience and content of college students' moral emotion,and puts forward higher requirements for moral behavior.In network communication,teachers and students' network communication circle,peers' network communication circle and strangers' network communication circle have corresponding values for the development of college students' moral quality.Secondly,this study uses the method of questionnaire to investigate the network communication of undergraduates in a local university.The results show that the network communication of college students is more than the real communication,and has certain dependence.The purpose of network communication mainly includes emotion type,tool type and interest type.The network communication circle includes teachers and students,peers,strangers network communication circle.The development of moral quality in college students' network communication is shown as follows: unstable values,vulnerable moral cognition to other people's influence;uncertain position on network moral anomie behavior,difficult to emotional resonance;more inclined to show themselves on the network,lack of moral anomie behavior.The influence of college students' network communication on the development of their moral quality is to enrich their moral cognition and impact their values;to diversify their moral emotional experience and to believe in their emotions and to demonstrate their moral behavior.Finally,the following suggestions are proposed around the knowledge,emotion and behavior of college students' moral quality structure.First,setting up a clear goal of moral quality development under the guidance of moral education.Second,building a multidimensional education system to improve college students' moral cognitive ability.Third,playing the role of network communication circle to cultivate college students' firm moral behavior emotion.Fourth,developing network channel.Moral behavior norms promote college students to form civilized network moral behavior habits.
