The development of social economy promotes the gradual improvement of residents' consumption level.As an emerging sunrise industry,domestic service industry plays an irreplaceable role in meeting the needs of social residents for civilized life,improving family happiness and other aspects of guaranteeing people's livelihood.With the continuous expansion of the scale of modern domestic service industry,the service content and service field are constantly enriched and upgraded along with the increasing demand of domestic service consumers,driving domestic service to improve and develop in an all-round,high-quality and professional direction.In the face of huge social demands and job vacancies,the cultivation of high-quality home management professionals with low student resource rate is a drop in the bucket,showing a serious mismatch that "demand is greater than supply".Therefore,it puts forward a strong demand for the cultivation of homemaking professionals.In the process of the birth and development of career,social employment environment,relevant practitioners and professional attributes are interrelated and influenced each other,which will produce certain negative effects.The negative effects of domestic service career are mainly caused by the external factors of traditional culture and the internal effects of personal efficacy.Under the background of increasingly social demand for modern home economics talents in modern society,the home economics major in colleges and universities is faced with the phenomenon of low enrollment rate and insufficient supply of students,which directly affects the stability of professional output in the field of high-end home economics service and the long-term development of home economics major.From the perspective of the negative effects of home economics,this paper attempts to explore its profound implications,analyze the variables that affect the students' willingness to enter school,and through a large number of existing literature research,put forward eight research hypotheses into the self-made questionnaire,making model building and system analysis to the data obtained from the survey.The results show that students' willingness to apply for the examination,working environment,social security mechanism,employment prospects,organizational identity and professional belonging have significant positive effects at different levels.According to the results of investigation and research,this paper analyzes the deep causes of theexplanatory variables of each dimension hypothesis research,and puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions that are helpful to improve the supply rate of domestic economics students in colleges and universities,aiming to improve the effective supply of domestic economics students,meeting the needs of society for domestic service talents,and promoting the coordinated development of domestic economics and social professional domestic talents.
