In the digital age,people are becoming more and more dependent on digital technology.The network connects the information scattered around the world.The digital literacy produced by it will play an increasingly obvious role in the digital environment for human beings.Minors are the indigenous people in the digital age.Digital literacy has a profound impact on the learning life of minors.International organizations such as UNESCO,EU and IFLA have recognized the importance of digital literacy,and have carried out research on digital literacy,and formulated relevant digital literacy frameworks or carried out practical activities from different angles.Countries such as the United States and Australia have also incorporated digital literacy education into their national education system,but domestic research on digital literacy is in its infancy.In order to understand the status of digital literacy among domestic minors,this article refers to the digital literacy framework of UNESCO and the European Union and combines the actual situation of domestic minors.Digital literacy has become six areas,namely "hardware and basic literacy","data literacy","social collaboration literacy","digital content creation literacy","security literacy" and "problem solving literacy".Then designed relevant questionnaires to conduct surveys,analyzed the distribution characteristics of domestic minors 'digital literacy,and find that domestic minors have a problem of insufficient overall digital literacy,especially in the use of digital devices for creation and data information management.In order to explore the influential factors of the development of domestic minors' digital literacy,the author uses field theory and semi-structured interviews to summarize and use the grounded theory to obtain the core factors that affect the digital literacy of minors.Environmental factors and digital content and service provider factors.Aiming at these three influencing factors and the corresponding responsible persons,this article puts forward relevant suggestions.First,the minors themselves should strengthen their awareness of exploring and learning about digital devices and software,and actively adapt to the changing digital environment.Second,the minors' surroundings The small environment should have a correct understanding of digital literacy;finally,hardware manufacturers and software manufacturers in digital content and service providers should increase their consideration of minor users,take the initiative to assume corporate social responsibility,and jointly strengthen the Digital literacy for minors.
