Research On College Students' Digital Literacy Education Under The New Media Times

Contemporary society has already entered a new media age,college students have become the mainstream of Internet users in our country,the network's effect on them everywhere,deeply into their study,life,constantly influence and change their way of thinking,behavior and way of life.New media because of its immediacy,interactivity,and personalized features,make the digital literacy education under the new media environment with the times.digital literacy is citizens' basic skills to survive in modern society,and building a harmonious network space is the basic premise.With the continuous development of new communication technologies,the theory and practice of the digital literacy education is changing from academic independence to academic consciousness.Given the importance of the digital literacy under the new media environment,the digital literacy education has become an inevitable trend.To strengthen college students' digital quality education is the transmission and the ideological and political education in the context of new area,is the need of information ecology,cope with the complex network is also further strengthen and improve ideological and political education,it should become the important content of ideological and political education.The purpose of education is to improve college students' emphatically to the understanding of the various kinds of network information,criticism and application ability,to strengthen college students in the complex network information ecology of discrimination and immunity.We should give full play to their own subjective initiative,in the full spirit faced with the challenges brought about by the network,establish an effective mechanism,vigorously promote the sustainable development of the digital literacy education.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the present situation of the research at home and abroad,as well as the research ideas and methods.The second part,the related theories of digital literacy education for university students are summarized,defines the concept of digital literacy,summarizes the connotation of dig:ital literacy education,and analyzes the role of College Students' digital literacy education.The third part analyzes the main problems and reasons of College Students' digital literacy education.In this part,the author analyzes the reasons for the low level of College Students' digital literacy from the aspects of college students themselves,family,network environment,school and society.The fourth part puts forward the methods and feasible measures to improve the digital literacy of College students.One is to cultivate the students to improve their digital literacy education awareness;two is to strengthen the family educationsupporting role.;three is to give full play to the function and advantage of mass media,to create a good network environment;the four is colleges and universities play in college students' digital literacy education advantages and role,improve the students' digital literacy education courses and teaching materials the contents of College Students' digital literacy education,penetrate into the ideological and political theory teaching;the five is to improve the protection of the government functions,adhere to the development direction of the network culture Chinese characteristics,strengthen administrative supervision,provide an institutional guarantee for the implementation of students' digital literacy education.Thus forming a "college students,families,mass media,universities,government," the joint efforts of a number of role in college students' digital literacy education,to help college students to improve digital literacy,and promote their comprehensive development.
