An Analysis On The Development Of Martial Arts Industry In Dengfeng City

With the constant innovation and continuous change of the market economy in our country, the development of martial arts and the economic development have been gradually linked with each other closely. And in order to have a continuous development in the modern society, martial arts, as the traditional culture, must choose the road of market-oriented operation. The martial arts industry development of Dengfeng city is representative in China and after 20 years of development, the martial arts industry in this city has initially formed a certain industrial scale; it has formed a pattern of industrialization which consists of four major parts, namely, the martial arts training, the martial arts products, the martial arts tourism, and the martial arts culture interpretation.. However, there are still some problems in the aspects of industrial structure, policy and organization and the martial arts industrialization is faced with many difficulties and bottlenecks as well. In order to promote the healthy development of the martial arts industry in Dengfeng city and give full play to the values which the martial arts industry creates for the economic development of Dengfeng city, this paper will make a research on the history development, current situation and the confronting problems of Dengfeng’s martial arts industry; meanwhile, this paper will also make reasonable suggestions for the future development of the martial arts industry in Dengfeng city, which is also the meaning of the research made in this paper.Based on the methods of documentary, investigation and logical analysis, this paper attempts to explore the current situation, confronting problems as well as the feasible improvement measures of the martial arts industry’s development in Dengfeng city.Firstly, this paper will make an analysis of the existing literature material about the martial arts industry in Dengfeng city, finding out both its values and defects. Secondly, based on the industrial economic theory, this paper will mainly adopted the industrial structure theory, regional division of labor theory and life cycle theory to analyze the law of development that these theories have revealed. More specifically, the industrial structure theory is used to analyze the existing defects of the current martial arts industry structure in Dengfeng; the regional division of labor theory is used to analyze the necessity and advantages of the development of the martial arts industry in Dengfeng; the life cycle theory is used to analyze the current development stage and the future development direction of the martial arts industry in Dengfeng city. Thirdly, combined with the current situation of the martial arts industry in Dengfeng, this paper will explore the existing problems in the development of the martial arts industry of this city from the aspects of industry chain, management system, culture propaganda, standardized construction, competition, financial system and talents; finally, this paper will put forward the targeted solution countermeasures for these problems.Based on the above research, this paper argues that there are problems of unbalanced development for the current industrial structure of Dengfeng city and the industry chain is also not complete. As the development of martial arts industry in this city is in the growth stage, the government should make full use of the rich martial arts resources, systematically make the development planning of the martial arts industry, formulate normative administrative rules and regulations, reform the management system and strengthen the publicity of martial arts culture. Meanwhile, the government should also further promote the "Chinese Martial Arts Duanwei System", strengthen the construction of the Martial arts league system, cultivate high-end martial arts industry talents, promote the construction of the martial arts financial system and the construction of martial arts tourism area." The implementation of these measures will promote the real sense of realization of the sustainable development of the martial arts industry in an all-round way, and will provide a good reference for the rapid and orderly development of the martial arts industry in China and even the development of the sports industry in China.
