Physical education plays an irreplaceable role in special education,and a high-level,professionally qualified team of PE teachers is the key to improving the quality of special physical education.However,there are inadequacies in the construction of the PE teachers in the special education schools in Henan province,and the education and training process of the PE teachers of the special education cannot meet the needs of professional development to a certain extent.Constructing an integrated training system for teachers' education is an important method to improve the education structure of PE teachers in special education and improve the specialization of PE teachers in special education.This research is based on the consideration of the above problems,taking the integrated training of PE teachers in special education schools as the research object,and using the literature method to mine and understand the relevant content and achievements of PE teachers' education and special physical education in domestic and foreign countries.Taking the PE teachers of 13 model special education schools in Henan Province as the survey object,the questionnaire survey method is used to comprehensively understand the basic information,teaching and scientific research situation,education and training of PE teachers in special education schools;The demands of PE teachers in the overall process of teacher education and their feelings towards the realization of integrated training,and try to analyze the integrated training of teachers' education from a more professional perspective,and discuss the professional development of PE teachers in special education schools.Analyze and describe the survey results using mathematical statistics and logical methods,and establish a training mechanism for special PE teachers with integrated training objectives,curriculum settings,assessment and evaluation,and management assurance through theoretical ideas.After analysis and discussion,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)The qualifications and levels of the PE teachers in Henan's special education schools are in good condition and have certain professional development potential;they can complete comprehensive physical education,activity guidance and training guidance tasks.But there are also certain problems: the imbalance between men and women;lack of academic education background;lack of special education skills and scientific research capabilities.Implement the concept of lifelong education,take the theory of integration of teachers' education as a guide,build a adapted PE teacher training mechanism that integrates training objectives,curriculum settings,assessment and evaluation,management and security through academic education and post-employment processes to compensate for the disconnection of academic education,and to improve the specialization of PE teachers in special education.(2)The difficulty in achieving the integration of the adapted PE teachers' education is that there are few schools specializing in training special physical education talents,and talents are scarce.Academic education is inevitably disconnected from on-the-job training and after-service training;the main body of management and organization of special teacher education and training is chaotic;special PE teachers receive less attention and less targeted training;there are difficulties in organization,etc..(3)To build an integrated training mechanism for PE teachers in special education schools,an integrated training goal is needed,with the goal of cultivating a professional special PE teachers' team that meets the needs of special physical education and lifelong education.The goal of academic education is to master knowledge and reserve capacity,the goal of induction training is to adapt to the environment and change of identity,and the goal of post-employment training is to improve skills and develop to an expert teacher.(4)To build an integrated training mechanism for PE teachers in special education schools,an integrated curriculum is needed.In general,it is necessary to pay attention to the connection of various stages,establish a lifelong learning concept and attach importance to practical courses.For the academic education curriculum,the proportion of internship courses should be appropriately increased,the research and reflection skills should be strengthened,and the students should establish good study habits.The on-the-job training curriculum mainly involves supplementing professional knowledge,adapting to the teaching environment and teaching methods.The curriculum of post-employment training should be advanced,diverse,practical,systematic,etc.,and give full play to supplementary education.(5)To build an integrated training mechanism for PE teachers in special education schools,an integrated assessment system is needed.First of all,it is necessary to establish a perfect and reasonable access mechanism for qualifications,cover the basic knowledge and skills,pay attention to the inspection of practical ability,and consider the management mode of double certificates and parallel.Secondly,when constructing an evaluation system that can run through the entire process of special education of PE teachers,consideration should be given to the comprehensiveness of assessment content,the diversity of subjects,the diversity of methods,and the multidimensionality of standards.(6)To build an integrated training mechanism for PE teachers in special education schools,an integrated management and security system is needed.In terms of organization and management,establish a model in which universities,training institutions,and special education schools jointly undertake educational and training tasks,build a stable internship platform,establish a stable training network,and give full play to the advantages of school-based training.It also provides organization,time and material guarantee for special PE teachers to participate in various types of education and training.
