In the Biology Curriculum Standards for General Senior High School(2017 edition),it is proposed that the teaching of senior high school should be carried out closely around the "subject core accomplishment",and students should be guided to understand the core accomplishment contained in it on the basis of learning the theoretical knowledge of biology.As the primary accomplishment of the core accomplishment of biological discipline,the concept of life plays an important role in its status.The high school biology course "Cell differentiat ion" is an important part of the life course of cells.The new curriculum standard also requires students to deepen their understanding of "life concept" after learning the phenomenon of cell differentiat ion and senescence,so as to form a correct view of life and world.But the differentiat ion of the cells still exist many problems in high school teaching,especially ignored the subject characteristics of biology and biological development under the background of rapid,new results emerge in endlessly,high school students learn some knowledge of the lag,update slower,etc.,influenced the students to learn the theoretical knowledge,so as to affect to the promotion of students' subject core accomplishment.Micro-course is a new teaching method emerged under the background of new curriculum standards and education informatization.It can attract students' interest in learning to a great extent,help students simplify knowledge,expand capacity,study anytime and anywhere,and deepen their understanding of knowledge.Therefore,this study combined micro courses with high school biology courses to design,make and apply m icro courses of Cell Differentiation series,hoping to deepen s tudents' understanding of theoretical knowledge in Cell Differentiat ion,arouse students' thinking,add assistance to traditional teaching and improve teaching effect.Secondly,I hope to provide course resources and references for the study of micro-course and micro-course of Cell Differentiation in high school biology courses.First of all,this study sorted out the research status,theoretical basis,distinction,design principles and processes of micro-course and micro-course "Cell Differentiat ion".Sec ondly,through literature review and teacher interviews,problems in the teaching of cell Differentiat ion are found.Then according to the design principles and processes of micro courses,different contents in Cell Differentiat ion were selected to make three types of micro courses: new micro course,knowledge expansion micro course and exercise micro course.Finally,select a high school senior grade two classes will be applied to the cell differentiation of micro course teaching,and through the cell differentiation of test results and student questionnaire survey result feedback,analysis the cell differentiat ion series micro course applicat ion in the high school teaching effects and students on the cell differentiat ion series m icro course views and opinions.Based on the design and application of Cell Differentiation,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Integrating the micro-course of Cell Differentiation into the practice of traditional teaching can achieve better results,which plays an auxiliary role in solving the problem of knowledge abstraction in cell differentiation and also plays a supplementary role in the traditional teaching.(2)From the students' classroom feedback,it can be found that the micro-course "Cell Differentiat ion" can help students understand abstract theoretical knowledge in an intuitive way,and can help students update and extend knowledge,which is of positive signif icance for students to think on the basis of expanding the breadth and depth of knowledge.(3)The cell differentiat ion of the design of the micro course first to classify the course content of the journal cell differentiat ion,then according to different contents on different types of the design and manufacture of micro courses,not only make the course more systematic,and supplement the relevant knowledge on the basis of the whole course content more complete.However,this study also found some shortcomings and limit ations of micro-curriculum through teaching practice.Firstly,in order to reduce the time,the explanation of knowledge is often neglected in the design of micro-course.Secondly,due to heavy schoolwork in high school,students are not energetic enough,and most schools do not have network conditions,so the application in high school teaching cannot be separated from teachers' guidance and assistance.Therefore,how to give full play to the application value of micro courses in high school teaching is still a problem we need to explore.
