The Case Study Of Casework Practices For The Improvement Of Environmental Adaptability Of The Elderly Who Is Newcomer In A Pension Institution

As the population ages in China,the government has introduced a series of policies to promote the continuous development of the elderly industry.The aging industry in China is developing rapidly,the pension industry will be in the ranks of power industry of China in the near future.In many old-age industries,the development of the aged care industry has become a top priority,Recently,The Catalogue of Industrial Structure Adjustment Guidance(2019)was promulgated by The Decree No.29,which was issued by the National Development and Reform Commission,and many old-age services in the newly-launched encouraged industries were included.The rapid development of the aged care service industry has also facilitated the development of the national economy while providing convenience to the senior citizen in China.More and more senior citizens choose the way.However,some senior citizens cannot adapt to the environment of the old-age care institutions because of objective and subjective factors.This is not conducive to the physical and mental health of the senior citizen and the development and progress of the old-age institutions.This article takes the senior citizen from the A age care institution in Dalian,Liaoning Province as the research subject,collects relevant information of them through the method of questionnaires and interviews,from these,researcher will know their motivation,causes and needs.As the senior citizen adapt to the life in the aged care institutions,they will mainly go through three stages:the chaotic period is from six to eight weeks,the commissioning period is about three months,and the stable period is from three to six months.Therefore,this article mainly chooses the senior citizens who are within six months as the research object.According to their problems and needs,the incompatibility of senior citizen can be divided into three parts:the discomfort in daily life,emotional psychological and interpersonal communication.Based on The Theory of Social Support,The Ecological System Theory and The Theories of Cognition,this paper develops a personalized plan for the different problems and needs of the case owner,and uses the method of casework to conduct practical interventions for the three case owners.After the intervention activities,researchers understand the change of the case through the assessment,and because of the process is summarized and reflected,the advantages and disadvantages in the practice process is clear.The environmental adaptability of the three case owners are effectively improved through intervention activities,and their ability to adapt to the life in the old-age care institution is promoted,which is conducive to the sense of happiness for them in the future.Promote the old-age support,there will be a place for the senior citizens to live,work,learn,teach and enjoy,and the development of Chinese pension industry will be promoted in the further.
