School cultural identity is the sense of belonging and psychological commitment to the school that school members consciously accept the spiritual culture,material culture,system culture and behavior culture advocated by the school and internalize them.It is the primary condition for school education to take effect.Nowdays domestic studies of school culture identity mainly focus on the teacher group and minority student,and study abroad concentrate upon racial discrimination.Students with low school cultural identity tend to have a variety of psychological problems,school maladjustment,interpersonal communication barriers and other problems,which affect their daily life.College students as the object of the education and the main force of social construction,the school culture identity of college students is not only related to their own growth,also directly related to the teaching quality and social construction power.Studying the status and influencing factors of college students' school cultural identity is conducive to more comprehensive understanding of the shortcomings of school construction,and provide specific Suggestions according to the specific situation of identity.In this paper,510 college students were taken as the research object,and ?Questionnaire on influencing factors of school cultural identity?.Then 1795 college students were selected as the object.The ?Questionnaire on influencing factors of school cultural identity?and?College students' cultural identity scale? were used as the tools.Principal purpose is finding the characteristics of college students' school cultural identity status.Secondly,the influencing factors were found.Then according to factors and status offer proposal.The following conclusions are drawn:1.College students' cultural identity is generally at a medium level,and their cognition of school culture is relatively low;2.College students' grade,school nature,position,and place of origin will affect college students' cultural identity.In the manifestation of school cultural identity for the freshmen is lower than others,junior below senior students,first-year graduate students are lower than first-year and third-year graduate students,public universities are lower than private,student cadre is higher than ordinary student,schools with hometown different province students is higher than the same province;3.College students' gender,grade,place of origin,school nature and position will affect all dimensions of school cultural identity.In terms of cognition,freshmen are lower than seniors,public universities are higher than private universities,and students from the same province are lower than those from other provinces.In terms of emotional dimension,freshmen are lower than juniors and seniors,and students holding cadre are higher than ordinary.On the level of action,the first-year postgraduate students are lower than freshmen,and the students in public universities are lower than those in private universities.In terms of socialization,boys are inferior to girls;4.School is the most important factor affecting college students' school cultural identity.5.High scores and low scores in the school cultural identity group are not satisfied with the school construction.The low scores in the school cultural identity group are not satisfied with the individual,family,school and society.
