Facing the future,the importance of the construction of teachers is becoming more and more prominent.Under the development trend of the evolution of human and technology,China should give priority to the development of education and comprehensively improve the quality of teachers.In the opinions on comprehensively deepening the reform of teacher troop construction in the new era,the CPC central committee stressed in 2018 that promoting the organic integration of information technology and teacher training is a key step to improve the quality of teacher training.As the backbone of future teachers,free normal students(hereafter this text will be abbreviated as free-student)need to break the limitation of time and space to cultivate their ICT(information and communication technology)teaching competency,and improve the quality of training during free-students in the way of remote guidance.Therefore,this paper makes use of the ICT teaching method to make up for the shortcomings in the process of training free-students from different places,to enhance the ICT teaching intention of free-student,and achieve the purpose of supporting learning and teaching with the help of ICT teaching tools,so as to comprehensively improve the ICT teaching competency of free-student.Thus the main content of this paper is to design and implement remote guidance platform about free-students' ICT teaching competency.Firstly,this paper makes a literature study on the user's experience and related technology of free-students' ICT teaching.On the basis of the analysis of the system demands,finished the feature and repository layout;Secondly,on the basis of the standard of normal students' ICT teaching competency,constructing a picture of free-student ICT teaching competency.Then,the traditional knowledge tracking model is improved to adapt to the characteristics of free-student,and the learning path is recommended for the prediction results of the model.At the same time,the knowledge map is used to visualize the learning path to help free-student to perceive the learning progress.Finally,the LSTM technology is adopted to recommend free-student multi-modal learning resources matching learning path,which improves the accuracy of resource recommendation.This paper adopts the architecture of Spring+SpringMVC+Mybatis to complete the research and implementation of remote guidance platform about free-student ICT teaching competency in the MyEclipse environment.This platform realizes the functions of knowledge tracking,learning path visualization,guidance and defense in the internet,and learning resource recommendation,etc.Basically meeting the needs in each stage of free-student.The simulation results prove that the proposed algorithm is feasible and effective,and through the test results and effect feedback of the remote guidance platform,it is further proved that the platform can effectively improve the ICT teaching competency of free-student.
