| The rapid development of informatization has promoted the development of the education industry.With the rapid development of educational informatization promoting the continuous maturity and wide application of online education technology,learners are no longer confined to traditional classroom learning,but turn their attention to Internet learning.In contrast,online learning pays more attention to the autonomy of students in learning.Although learning resources are abundant,learners still need to search,dig and sort them out by themselves.Therefore,when faced with an endless and dazzling array of online learning resources,especially in the absence of a clear internal relationship between learning tasks,courses and knowledge points,problems such as fragmentation and information tragedy in online learning have become more and more prominent.In recent years,the knowledge graph has attracted more and more attention.Because of its obvious advantages in expressing the content,relationship and structure of knowledge points,it has gradually begun to emerge in the field of education.Therefore,this article focuses on the study of learning path recommendation based on the core curriculum knowledge graph based on the characteristics of the education technology specialty.The main research work is as follows:(1)Research on the construction of core curriculum knowledge graph.This article refers to the undergraduate professional courses of educational technology in many normal universities,and selects three courses of "Educational Technology","Teaching System Design",and "Learning Science and Technology".Based on the course syllabus and training plan,it is analyzing course knowledge Based on the structure,the crawler technology is used to obtain the definition of the concept of the curriculum knowledge entity,the Protégé ontology editing tool is used to construct the core curriculum knowledge graph,and the Neo4 j graph database technology is used to realize the storage of the knowledge graph.(2)Research on learning path recommendation algorithm based on knowledge graph.Based on the curriculum knowledge graph,this article first constructs a learner model with four dimensions of learners’ basic situation,cognitive level,learning style,and historical learning records.Secondly,according to the learner’s historical learning data,the Apriori All algorithm is used to predict the learner’s target knowledge points.And map it to the knowledge graph,and then use natural language processing related technology to obtain the conceptual similarity between knowledge points,and propose a deep recommendation strategy based on the correlation relationship of the knowledge graph;finally,based on the knowledge The breadth recommendation strategy of the mixed relationship of the knowledge graph is used to recommend the learning path.(3)Design and development of curriculum learning platform based on knowledge graph.Designed and developed an online learning platform for core courses of education technology.The platform can display the visual knowledge graph of core courses,learn the knowledge content of the courses and related network resource links,and plan and recommend suitable learning paths for learners.Through interviews and questionnaire surveys,the effectiveness of the platform for learning results is verified. |
