With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the popularization of mobile terminal applications,online social media represented by microblog has become an important platform for public opinion communication.In the entire life cycle of the public opinion evolution of emergencies,different themes are usually implied,and the emotion expression of netizens under different themes usually directly affects the speed,breadth and depth of the event.Therefore,in emergencies such as natural disasters and emergencies,identifying online emotions in online social network,and combining time-series features and potential themes for deep emotion mining is helpful to discover the characteristics and laws of the public opinion propagation and evolution of emergencies.It can provide a scientific basis for public opinion analysis,monitoring and decision-making.This study proposes an analysis method for the evolution of Internet public opinion based on the theme-affective characteristics,revealing the microblog's fine-grained emotions corresponding to specific events in the event of microblog's,the strength of public opinion in each stage of public opinion evolution,and the analysis of each stage Corresponding to the fine-grained emotion evolution law,the relevant,representative,and important microblog emotions distributed in the text are judged.At the same time,it explores the synergy and regularity of netizens' themes and emotions in public opinion to provide a scientific basis for public opinion monitoring.First,word2 vec is used to extract the microblog themes in different stages of public opinion evolution;then,SVM is used to obtain the emotional categories of microblog comments and Senti Strength and LIWC2015 are used to calculate their corresponding emotional intensity and cognitive level;finally,the microblog themes and emotional characteristics change situation in different stages of public opinion evolution life cycle,theme emotion coordination are obtained synergy regularity.This study can provide the crisis management departments with the focus and emotional attitude of netizens in different periods of the evolution of specific events,which is conducive to them to timely grasp the evolution of public opinion in various stages at the right time,and provide scientific and reasonable decision-making basis for the emergency management departments in public opinion judgment and risk prediction.
