Analysis On Diffusion And Supervision Of Network Public Sentiment Towards The Doctor-patient Relationship Under We Media Environment

The doctor-patient relationship is a key issue related to the national economy,people's livelihood and social harmony.Under the mobile internet environment,the network platform provides a “ hotbed ” of network public sentiment for medical emergencies,which undoubtedly brings a unprecedented challenges to the governance of network public sentiment towards China's doctor-patient relationship.The evolution of network public sentiment is closely related to the interaction between netizens,the media and the government.The momentum of development in We Media has grown by leaps and bounds,making the association among those them more close and making network public sentiment more complicated and its governance more thorny towards doctor-patient relationship under We Media environment.Based on this background,this paper studies the diffusion and supervision of network public sentiment under We Media environment.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part mainly analyzes the present domestic and international research situation of doctor-patient relationship and network public opinion,and expounds the life cycle theory and social network analysis method in the evolution of public sentiment.The second part contains the third chapter and the fourth chapter,which is the focus of this paper.It mainly analyzes the evolution process of the network public opinion by taking the incident of "An lying-in woman jumped to death" in Sina Weibo in September 2017 as an example.Based on the life cycle theory,the third chapter constructs the “five-stage” model for the public sentiment evolution of any case,and combines the macro(government),middle(media)and micro(netizen)perspectives to analyze the diffusion mode.Under the principle of social network analysis,the forth chapter constructs the network sociogram of doctors-patient events,and carries out lateral analysis from the whole,part and individual level of the online community.It analyzes the status of the important node(opinion leaders)of the sociogram in the evolution of public opinion,and explores its influence in public opinion diffusion.The third part is based on the content of the second part,summarizing the analysis results from the three analysis perspectives of the network sociogram.Finally,some relevant suggestions are put forward on the network public opinion governance of the doctor-patient relationship based on the knowledge of journalism and communication.On the basis of the above research conclusions,this paper proposes control strategy for the diffusion of network public sentiment towards doctor-patient relationship from the knowledge of opinion leaders.The relevant research conclusions provide a scientific theoretical basis and practical reference for the public opinion supervision department to deal with similar online public opinion incidents.
