A Study On The Cooperation Between Campus Football Characteristic Schools(Primary Schools) And Youth Amateur Football Clubs In Xinxiang City

Since 2009,the campus football in China has developed rapidly.Campus football is a key sport in China.Among them,elementary school is the foundation of campus football.Through interviews with the staff of the School Football Office of Xinxiang City,we learned that there are 45 characteristic football schools(primary schools)in Xinxiang City,of which 23 characteristic football schools(primary schools)cooperate with 12 amateur football clubs to develop campus football.This article through understanding the current situation of the campus football characteristic school(primary school)in Xinxiang City and the youth amateur football club to cooperate in campus football,find the problems in the cooperation between the two parties,and put forward corresponding suggestions to make the campus football in Xinxiang City develop better.It can provide a reference for the cooperation between domestic campus football characteristic schools and youth football clubs.This study uses literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis to investigate the current situation of the cooperation between 23 campus football schools(primary schools)and 12 football clubs in Xinxiang City.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)At present,there are 12 football clubs in Xinxiang City that cooperate with 23 schools with special characteristics of campus football(primary schools).The overall football teachers of the schools are weak,and some schools do not have football teachers.The distribution of cooperative football characteristic schools(primary schools)is uneven,and the number of football characteristic schools in rural areas is small.(2)The youth football clubs that Xinxiang City cooperates with schools are registered by the Administration of Industry and Commerce,Civil Affairs or Sports Bureau,and the professional level of coaches is relatively higher than that of football teachers.(3)The cooperation between the two parties is to make up for their shortcomings in the development of youth football.Based on the full trust of both parties,they can share and utilize their respective superior resources to develop campus football.The content of the cooperation between the two parties mainly includes school football team training and competition,football teaching,the organization and management of the principals cup competition and football carnival activities.(4)At present,the Xinxiang City Campus Football Characteristic School(Primary School)and the Youth Amateur Football Club have formed a certain scale and achieved good results.School leaders and football club managers recognized the effectiveness of the cooperation between the two parties and believed that the cooperation between the two parties has great prospects in the future.(5)Xinxiang City Campus Football Characteristic School(Primary School)cooperates with youth amateur football clubs to carry out campus football.There are few schools in rural areas where cooperation exists,policy systems are imperfect,cooperation procedures are not standardized,some club coaches are employed without a license,and women The problem of lack of coaches.Based on the above conclusions,the following corresponding reasonable and feasible suggestions are put forward:(1)The club strengthens cooperation with characteristic football schools in rural areas and promotes the balanced development of characteristic football schools in different regions.(2)The government improves the policy system for cooperation between schools and clubs,regulates the cooperation procedures between the two parties,and increases the investment of special funds.(3)Club managers should find out their own position,strengthen the training of coaches,increase the recruitment of female coaches,and improve the professional level of the club.(4)Schools can increase the training of football teachers to solve the problem of insufficient football teachers at the source.
