Path Analysis Of Applying For The Establishment Of Standardized Amateur Youth Football Club

In 1999,the State Sports General Administration proposed to create a youth sports club under the donation of the sports lottery public welfare fund.Amateur youth sports club is a new type of sports organization with socialist public welfare and non-profit characteristics.It aims to make full use of and tap the existing social sports resources and extensively carry out amateur youth sports activities.In recent years,China has attached great importance to the development of football.Amateur youth football clubs have also emerged in various places.As a new thing,amateur youth football clubs have great deficiencies in applying for the establishment of normative youth football clubs.This paper mainly uses the field investigation method and the special case analysis method as the main research method,and takes the path of applying for the establishment of the normative amateur youth football club as the research object,taking the Hongyi football Club of Hebei Province as the investigation object.Through a field trip to Hebei Hongyi Football Club,this study found that Hebei Hongyi Football Club,as the first provincial-level amateur youth football club officially registered in the civil affairs department and sports department of Hebei Province,played a positive role in the development of campus football..This study puts forward corresponding suggestions through the comparative analysis of the application path of other amateur youth club clubs in other cities,and hopes to help the future non-normative clubs to change to normative clubs.The results show that: 1.At the present stage,our country strongly supports the development of youth sports clubs,and hopes that conditional amateur clubs will be closer to normative management;2.For the sake of social development and the progress of Chinese football industry,the best choice is to transform non-normative amateur youth football clubs into normative amateur youth football clubs;3.Establishing a sound management system,coaches team,and so on.Echelon construction is a benign factor for the development of standard amateur youth football clubs.
