| In 2015,at the 10 th meeting of the central leading group for comprehensively deepening reform,the overall plan for the reform and development of Chinese football was deliberated and adopted.Chinese football development enthusiasm is high,football popularization also has higher requirements.With the improvement of domestic residents’ consumption ability and the increasing demand for sports consumption,the sports industry has become a dynamic,high permeability and pulling sunrise industry.China’s sports industry is still in the primary stage of development.At present,the biggest driving force of industrial development lies in the strong boost of national top-level policies.During the 13 th Five Year Plan period,the sports industry policy issued by the general office of the State Council clearly put forward the strategic goal of sports industry becoming a pillar industry of the national economy.As a kind of sports industry,youth amateur football club is facing unprecedented opportunities and background conditions.However,in reality,the survival and development of clubs are still facing difficulties,such as poor management,unclear positioning and other issues.In 2017,Comrade Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of China’s health development in the nineteen major reports.People’s health is an important symbol of national prosperity and national prosperity and strength.In the new era,people have higher requirements for health.In the eastern region,residents have better economic conditions,better infrastructure development and better living standards.Therefore,the author intends to explore the development of youth amateur football clubs in this area from the perspective of supply and demand,analyze the current development situation,and understand the relevant factors behind.Through case study,this paper takes Hangzhou Xinglv football club,an amateur football youth training club,as the object,and from the perspective of demand side,probes into a series of processes from the establishment to the growth of the club under the background of China’s football reform and development.First of all,the development of the club to do a panoramic overview.Secondly,this paper mainly uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to explore the development of the club.The second is to clarify the influencing factors.Third,inventory.Finally,the countermeasures are analyzed to provide valuable reference.From the perspective of sociology,economics and other disciplines,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the club development mechanism,aiming to explore the right way for the development of amateur youth football clubs in the eastern region.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: as the representative of youth amateur football club at the level of district and county in the eastern region,the main problems of Fuyang Xinglv football club are also typical,including: 1.From the perspective of mass demand,the diversified demand is still difficult to meet;2.From the perspective of development demand,the club’s own development is not perfect,the service quality is not high,and the lack of diversified service content and model It’s the same.3.From the perspective of government demand,the government lacks relevant clear guidance mechanism.Suggestions 1.Establish a new era of health awareness,improve the understanding of mass health sports.2.Renew and develop the club,provide high-quality service,and improve the service content and mode.3.The government should establish an effective guidance mechanism to promote the change of people’s ideas faster and easier to accept.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following two points: first,the new angle.From the perspective of the demand side,to look at the development of youth amateur football club.Second,new methods.This paper mainly uses the method of empirical research,carried out nearly a year of follow-up experience,questionnaire survey and interview,collected a lot of first-hand data.The reason why the club is selected as the research object in this study is that,On the one hand,the club has been established for a long time,which is a sign of the development of the football club in the district.It has greatly promoted the football development of the District,responded to the opportunity of campus football development,and is representative.Secondly,it will lead the students to participate in the provincial and municipal competitions every year The purpose of the survey is to provide something worthy of reference for the sustainable development of youth football clubs in Hangzhou.At the same time,it also provides some suggestions and experience for other provinces without football clubs to develop football. |
