With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,big data and other information technologies,the fundamental status of mathematics is increasingly evident.As an important component of the core quality of mathematics,the intuitive imagination literacy is “an important means of discovering,analyzing and solving problems,and the ideological basis for exploring and forming reasoning ideas,carrying out mathematical reasoning and constructing abstract structures.” Therefore,in the new period,a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of mathematics intuitive imagination literacy training in teaching practice is helpful to explore effective strategies for improving students' core quality of mathematics,which undoubtedly plays a vital role in the comprehensive and personalized development of students.In order to understand the current situation of high school students' intuitive imagination literacy,this study adopted the methods of literature research,test investigation and interviews.Firstly,relevant literature was collected and sorted out to clarify the research status of intuitive imagination literacy,and identified the definition of intuitive imagination literacy and its evaluation framework on the basis of scholars' relevant research.Then,based on the division of intuitive imagination in Ordinary High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition),the test paper of high school students' intuitive imagination literacy was compiled according to the scholars' relevant studies,case questions of course standard,college entrance examination questions over the years,and suggestions from teachers.During the test,some students of the second and third grades in H senior high school were taken as research objects,in order to understand the real situation of students' intuitive imagination literacy level.The study found that the overall level of senior high school students is relatively low,and there are differences among the development of each level.Besides,students' lack of interest in mathematics,irregular drawing and weak basic knowledge also affected the development of students' literacy level.Group differences can be found in gender,arts and science,and grade,among which the literacy of boys is significantly higher than that of girls,science students show higher than arts students,and students in third grade are notably higher than students in second grade.Based on above findings,it is suggested that front line mathematics teachers should strive to develop the students' interest in mathematics learning,cultivatetheir standardized drawing ability and attach importance to their knowledge memory strategies in their daily education and teaching process.Teachers should also lay emphasis on the development of students' intuitive imagination literacy by using modern information technologies,strengthening students' awareness of model making and equalizing the development of students' group literacy.
