Written language is the most effective way for hearing-impaired students to communicate with healthy listeners. However, the common grammatical errors in the written language of hearing-impaired students affect the communication between hearing-impaired students and healthy listening people, which is not conducive to the successful integration and adaptation of hearing-impaired students into the society. In order to enable hearing-impaired students to better integrate into social life and communicate with hearing-impaired students, this study, from the perspective of actual teaching, conducts an investigation and research on the grammatical errors of Chinese written language among hearing-impaired students in junior high schools by collecting linguistic data and conducts a practical study on teaching strategies, and draws the following conclusions:1.There are a large number of grammatical errors in Chinese written language among hearing-impaired students in junior high schools, with a total error rate of more than 80%.Grammatical errors in Chinese written language among hearing-impaired students in junior high schools mainly focus on word errors and sentence errors.2.The fundamental reason for the grammatical errors in Chinese written language of hearing-impaired students lies in their hearing disability, which also includes negative transfer of sign language,non-standard sign language used by teachers in teaching, the lack of systematic grammar knowledge of hearing-impaired students, and the negative impact of family and social environment.3.Developed targeted teaching strategies: centered on teaching grammar knowledge, supplemented by error correction and practice,to strengthen the connection between grammar knowledge and practical writing. It is found that the targeted teaching strategies have an obvious effect on the improvement of the grammatical errors in Chinese written language of the hearing-impaired students through the implementation of teaching strategies in class and after class.Based on the implementation of teaching strategies in the research, the following Suggestions are put forward for deaf schools: deaf schools should pay attention to the grammatical errors in Chinese written language;Teachers in deaf schools should pay attention to the grammatical integrity of teaching language;Teachers in schools for the deaf should teach grammar errors in class;Deaf schools and families should provide more opportunities for students to use written language after class.
