Written language is a kind of visual language that transforms phonetic symbols into text symbols. Sentence is the basic unit of Pragmatics of the written language, and it can express the meaning integrallty. Syntax is the sort order of the words in a sentence, sometimes between the sentences, that expressing the meaning. Research on Syntax is to make clear the relationships between sentence compositions and the rules to form a sequence of sentences.Writing is the most fair way for people with hearing disorder to communicate with hearing people. so writing language is very important to the hearing impaired people. However, because the writing language is a kind of second language that is based on the oral language, even with years of language training and high degree of education, there still will be some errors in the writing language of people with dysaudia. Some researches in this field have already done both in China and other countries. The subjects in our country were all students. The researches mainly focus on the form and the function of code-switching between sign language and writing language that the hearing impaired people use in the communication. But there are also some scholars searching for the effect factors of their writing language.In this research, articles written by 109 deaf people were analyzed.53 of the subjects are students in deaf school and 56 of them are graduates. The purpose is to inspect the grasp and usage of the syntax of the hearing impaired people who are living in the Chinese context. And to move forward a single step in the study on the effect factors of the syntax using by the hearing impaired people.As a result, we found that various kinds of syntax error appearing in the writing language of the hearing impaired people, and there was a gap between deaf people and hearing people in written language. The study reports that the syntax error concentrated on four kinds including missing, mis-adding, mis-order, and misuse. Missing is concentrating on the subject, the predicate and the structural pattern. Mis-adding is concentrating on the predicate, the adverbial modifier and the attributive. Mis-order conclude mis-order of the lexeme and mis-order of the sentence structure. Misuse id concentrating on the predicate, the object and the adverbial modifier.The study also analyzed effect factors of writing language of the deaf people like gender, degree of hearing impairment, reading, writing and communication. We found the difference on gender and reading was very significant. And also found significant difference on the degree of hearing impairment.It also has been mentioned in the paper that the ability of syntax of the deaf people was retrograde after their graduation. According to the data, their ability of syntax proved from grade nine to the second year of high school. But the syntax of social group was worse than those of the grade nine group.To give more nichetargeting advice on the language education of the deaf students, the author also conclude that both family and school education were important to help the children with dysaudia.
