Research On Achievements And Development Of Campus Football Construction In Qiaokou Pilot Area Of Wuhan City

As an important strategic work in the field of sports and education in China,the construction of "campus football" in the past ten years has made great achievements,and there are still a series of unresolved real problems,especially in the construction of campus football pilot counties(districts).In the field of campus soccer characteristic school construction,several campus soccer characteristic schools in the country have been disqualified in the mid-term review due to poor construction.as the first batch of campus football pilot areas in Hubei Province in 2015,Qiaokou District of Wuhan City has popularized the campus football population,the development and setting of football courses,and the training of high-level football reserve sports talents in the construction and development of campus football(known as thecradle of "national football")has achieved remarkable results,and has already formed a distinctive "Qiaokou mode" for the development of campus football.in the critical stage of deepening reform and accelerating development of campus football construction in China,systematically combing and in-depth analysis of the formation process and reality of the "Qiaokou mode" of campus football development,it has certain reference for the construction of pilot schools(districts)and pilot schools in China significance.This thesis takes Qiaokou campus football as the research object.in addition,the questionnaire survey was conducted with 15 national football schools in the district as the survey objects,and the relevant leaders of the Education Bureau of Qiaokou District were interviewed through expert interviews.and the literature and other methods to study the three aspects of campus football organization leadership,condition guarantee and development system in the pilot area of Wuhan Qiaokou,the following conclusions were drawn:1.The early development of campus football in Qiaokou District of Wuhan City is relatively fast.The division of labor of the football leading group is clear,with high efficiency,strict policies and regulations,and conscientious implementation of the campus football policy.2.The development of conditions in the Qiaokou District has obvious advantages.The number of football teachers has reached the national standard.The funds for campus football are relatively sufficient.However,the shortage of venues is the biggest shortcoming of the development of the football.3.The Qiaokou District dares to try in teaching,training and competition.The whole school has popularized football courses,developed football teaching materials,unified teaching standards,scientific training,and strives to build a double-level three-level competition system,which greatly satisfies the students' wishes.4.The goal of the development of campus football in Qiaokou District is clear."To train with the ball,to enlighten with the ball,to educate people with the ball "to develop the campus football culture,to open up the channels for the junior high school football,and to create a football atmosphere with the government,schools and society.Let students enjoy the joy of football.
