Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Yunnan Football College Under The Background Of Campus Football Reform Pilot Area

Research purposes: On May 15,2018,at the founding meeting of the National Youth Campus Football Reform Experimental Zone in Yunnan Province,the leaders of the Ministry of Education awarded the plaque "National Youth Campus Football Reform Experimental Zone" for Yunnan Province;the leaders of the Ministry of Education and Yunnan Education Department awarded "Yunnan Province" for Yunnan University,Yunnan Normal University,Yunnan Normal University Business School and Lijiang Normal College.Plaque of Provincial Football College.Based on the current situation of football development in Yunnan Province,this paper studies the present situation of running a school of Yunnan Football College.The purpose is to find out the advantages and disadvantages of each school in running a school of football College,and put forward corresponding countermeasures through investigation and research.In order to provide the corresponding reference for Yunnan Football College in the process of running a school.Research methods: This study takes the present situation of Yunnan Football College as the research object,and investigates and analyses the running status of four schools' Football Colleges.The research methods used are: literature,field survey,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics.The method of snowball sampling is adopted in the questionnaire survey method,and the method of average comprehensive score of options is applied in the mathematical statistics method to process the data.These methods are used to collect and analyze the existing conditions,ideas,training objectives and curriculum of Yunnan Football College.Research results: Yunnan Football Academy's basic situation,school conditions,school nature are different,have their own characteristics and advantages;talent training objectives and specifications are in line with the current market demand;the hardware and software facilities of schools can not fully meet the needs of running football academy,there is no clear concept of running school;in the curriculum setup side.Fourthly,it fails to reflect the characteristics of professional football talents training in football colleges;at present,there is no independent management systemand evaluation system in all football colleges.Based on the results of the study,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: football institutes should increase the construction of facilities and teachers,clarify the concept of running schools,serve the present and focus on the future;football institutes should be more specialized in curriculum setting;football institutes should adopt diversified management and comprehensive evaluation methods to strengthen the cultivation of students' social practice ability: declare to host football matches at all levels,and be active.Establish cooperative relations with foreign countries and establish the association of football coaches on campus.
