To promote the development of educational informatization in the new era,it is necessary to focus on the new demand for talent training in the new era.Elementary and middle school teachers,as the guide of the application of information technology, their information technology application level has played an important role in the reform of education informationization. In recent years, the state has issued a number of policies to support the promotion of teachers' information technology application, but the application of information technology to teachers still shows the weakness of information teaching ability and the great difference in the level of information teaching. In order to narrow the differences in teachers' information technology application and find out the specific reasons for the differences,it is particularly important to classify teachers' information technology application ability and explore the key factors affecting the application of information technology among different categories of teachers. The study analyzes the current status of teachers' information technology application ability, conducts category investigations and analysis of influencing factors on teachers' information technology applications.Concrete research content includes the following four points:Firstly, sum up and summarize the existing policy literature at home and abroad, constructs the evaluation index system of information technology application of primary and secondary school teachers based on the development status of teacher informatization in H province, and evaluates the information technology application ability of teachers from three aspects:resources and application, tools and application, training and guarantee.Secondly, based on the assessment results of teachers' information technology application ability, use the latent profile analysis to classify and characterize teachers' information application ability, and name the three categories as "information technology application insufficient group","information technology application moderate group "and" information technology application active group".Thirdly, use multiple linear regression to study the factors that affect the application of information technology in different categories of teachers, and analyze the differences between influencing factors of different types of teachers with one-way ANOVA.Fourthly, summarize the results of the research and make suggestions.Suggestions from the aspects of digital education resources, training and security. The analysis finds that management informatization has the most significant impact on teachers' information technology applications, followed by informatization teaching applications. The overall impact of digital resources and safeguards on teacher information technology applications is basically the same.Infrastructure plays a less important role in informatization teaching, and has less influence on the overall application of teachers' information technology.Based on the research results, the following suggestions are made:Improve the construction of school-based resource database, enhance the sharing of digital resources, and urge teachers to actively participate in information-based teaching activities.Optimize training methods for teachers' needs, encourage school-level leaders to participate in informatization training, and establish a complete training assessment system. At the same time, strengthening the construction of network security systems and optimizing the allocation structure of informatization funds.Improve the information-based teaching management evaluation mechanism to ensure the smooth development of teachers'information-based teaching.
