Since 2014,the State Council has promulgated the "The implementation of the state council on deepening the reform of examination recruitment system",which marked that the new round of college entrance examination enrollment system reform was officially launched.This program pointed out that the freshmen in Shanghai and Zhejiang provinces in 2014 were the first batch of test subjects,and the first batch of graduates in 2017 were trained and promoted to the whole country,marking the prelude of the reform of the college entrance examination in these two provinces.In response to the national call,Zhejiang provinces promulgated the "Pilot program for deepening the comprehensive reform of college examination and enrollment system in Zhejiang province",which regards the implementation of Communist party's educational palicy as guidelines,the law of education and the law of human success as working principle,examination recruitment system comprehensive reform pilot work in colleges and universities.The new college entrance examination has brought various opportunities and challenges to high school teaching.As an essential subject in high school teaching,mathematics has inevitably be affected by the new college entrance examination policy.Reviewing the reform experience of high school entrance examination in China,it is not difficult to find that China's education is gradually developing towards quality education,and mathematics teaching should be based on students' development to promote the gradual formation and development of mathematics core literacy.At the angle of the development of mathematics teaching under the new college entrance examination scheme,and based on the teaching experiences and the conference lecture at ordinary times,the paper discussed the current situation in the process of implementing the new college entrance,through literature researches,questionaire surreys and interview surreys,and combined with the literature survey form their own view and some thoughts and Suggestions in the actual teaching process.The two highlights of zhejiang's new college entrance examination plan are:(1)improve the comprehensive evaluation mechanism and promote diversified admission.(2)improve students' independent choice power and ability.But there are also some problems existing in current mathematics education,mainly as follows:(1)Insufficient math class hour in basic grade affects the course schedule;(2)Insufficient in number of mathematics teachers;(3)The degree that students attach importance to mathematics learning;(4)The class system affects the contact and communication between teachers and students;(5)Students difference in their level,difficulty of handling classes;(6)Unreasonable assessment mechanism,influencing the work enthusiasm of teachers.In view of the current situation of mathematics teaching under the new college entrance examination scheme,some suggestions and ideas are put forward based on the teaching experiences:(1)Reasonable curriculum,optimizing of the difficulty of learning;(2)Reasonable allocation of teachers;(3)Grind teaching material to compile homework;(4)teachers answer questions in turn and regular weekly mathematics lectures;(5)Improve and make up the difference to narrow the achievement gap;(6)optimize the evaluation system;(7)Improve mathematics application consciousness and carry out career planning education.New college entrance examination program gives more choice and more mature personality for students,brings to the school's teaching model contest and the implementation of personnel training,brings to the teacher's teaching ability test and the improvement of their own.As a fiont-line mathematics teacher,the author will further study and think diligently in the future,hoping to grow up quickly to adapt to the new situation as a new era teacher.
