A Study On Ideological And Political Educational Function Of The Political Ceremony

Ceremony is an important carrier of culture.Each performance creates a mini-climax for daily life,which enables the individuals involved to interact effectively with group in the context of the ceremony.They also consciously feel and actively identify with the values carried by the ceremony,so ceremony is of great educational value.On February 24,2014,in speech of the thirteen collective study of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee,comrade Xi Jinping stressed the need to establish and standardize some etiquette systems,organize and carry out various forms of commemorative activities,and disseminate mainstream values.All of these can increase people's sense of identity and belonging.On October 27,2019,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Implementation Outline for the construction of Civic Morality in the New Era,which also clearly pointed out that etiquette should play a role in promoting the cultivation of moral practice.As a more detailed type of ceremony,political ceremony has become a new form of ideological and political education with its unique "political" attribute.It has a great silently influence on People's understanding of the political world,the formation of political identity,the establishment of the noble belief and other aspects through its unique internal regulation and special mode of action.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and excavate the function of political ceremony in ideological and political education.This text mainly includes four parts.The first part,the political ceremony related theory overview.It expounds the meaning of ceremony and the concept of political ceremony,analyzes the characteristics of political ceremony,and probes into the internal relations between political ceremony and ideological and political education.The second part is about the theoretical basis and concrete manifestation of the function of political ceremony in ideological and political education.It specifically introduces the theories of the function of political ceremony in ideological and political education,which includes the theory of "three stages" in anthropology,the theory of "empathy" in psychology,the theory of political socialization in politics and the carrier theory of ideological and political education.According to the characteristics and types of political ceremonies,it is concluded that political ceremonies have following function of ideological and political education:embody educational contents and deepen ideological understanding;creating an educational environment that ensures positive guidance;optimize educational carriers and enhance emotional experience;expand educational effects and promote the spread of radiation.The third part,the status perspective of the political ceremony's functionality in the ideological and political education.First of all,the paper introduces the achievements of the political ceremony's functionality in ideological and political education.Secondly,it analyzes the existing problems of the political ceremony's functionality in ideological and political education.Finally,it find out the influencing factors of political ceremony's functionality in ideological and political education.The fourth part,it describes strategies about giving full play to the political ceremony'functionality in ideological and political education.In view of the current problems,it is suggested that there is necessary to take steps from five aspects:deepen and strengthen the integrative research on the political ceremony and ideological and political education theory;improve and strengthen the public's cognition of the political ceremony's functionality in ideological and political education;develop and utilize Ideological and political education Resources of political ceremonies;construct and optimize a good environment for exerting the political ceremony's functionality in ideological and political education;synergize and innovate the all-media pattern of political ceremony's functionality in ideological and political education.In this paper,the functions of political ceremony in ideological and political education are studied comprehensively by using the knowledge of related subjects.It also pays attention to holistic research of political ceremony's functionality in ideological and political education.To a certain extent,it innovates the research perspective and application field of ideological and political education.However,there are some shortcomings in the study.First,the domestic and foreign political ceremony contrast research is deficient.Second,the analysis of the theoretical basis of the political ceremony's functionality in ideological and Political Education is slightly inadequate.I sincerely hope that this paper can provide useful reference for later scholars to study the political ceremony's functionality in ideological and political education.
