The Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' Spiritual Life Under The Influence Of Consumerism Thought

With the continuous strengthening of China's comprehensive national strength,the trend of western social thought has accelerated the spread of china.Among them,consumerism is one of the most influential thoughts among many thoughts.The values such as the enjoyment of material desire and the supremacy of consumption advocated by the consumerism have had a certain impact on the spiritual life of college students,and some college students' spiritual life has been plunged into crisis.The author analyzes the problems and reasons of college students' spiritual life under the influence of consumerism,and puts forward the concrete countermeasures to construct the healthy spiritual life of college students by randomly selecting four universities in Wuhan,conducting questionnaires and semi-structural interviews with their college students,supporting them with questionnaire data and interview information.The full text mainly discusses from four parts.Firstly,it discusses the basic meaning of consumerism and the spiritual life of college students.This part summarizes the connotation of consumerism from the perspective of values,way of life and ideology,and expounds the basic proposition of consumerism.At the same time,the concept of the spiritual life of college students is expounded from the connotation and extension,and the spiritual life of college students is regarded as a spiritual life complex composed of political life,cultural life,ethical life,psychological life and leisure life.Secondly,combined with questionnaires and interview materials,this paper analyzes the problems in the spiritual life of college students under the influence of consumerism.First,consumerism advocates material enjoyment and lack of the pursuit of life,resulting in the university students' ideal belief drift,second,consumerism advocates symbolic consumption and materialized value orientation,resulting in strong sense of gold worship for college students,third,consumerism advocates the pursuit of material satisfaction and the neglect of spiritual development,resulting in the suppression of the main personality of college students;fourth,consumerism advocates the supremacy of money and the indifference to emotional communication,which leads to the alienation of interpersonal relationships among college students.Thirdly,from the spread characteristics of the trend of thought,social environment,college education and college students themselves and other four levels to explore the influence of consumerism under the influence of the students' spiritual life problems.First,the dissemination characteristics of entertainment,network and life of consumerism are easy to attract college students;Second,the utilitarian trend of social environment strengthens the penetration of consumerism,thirdly,there is a lack of college education in cultivating the healthy spiritual life of college students,and fourth,the defects of college students themselves aggravate the mental crisis.Finally,under the influence of the trend of consumerism,it is necessary to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism,promote the construction of the socialist core value system,purify the network media environment,create the generation field of healthy spiritual life of college students,and vigorously carry forward the excellent traditional culture in schools,give full play to the function of educating people.College students improve their ability to distinguish and immune,pay attention to spiritual pursuit and other four aspects to build a healthy spiritual life of college students.
