The social material living standard has been continuously improved,people gradually upgrade from the pursuit of material needs to the pursuit of cultural connotation and spiritual realm of life.Spiritual life is becoming more and more important in people’s life,and the issue of spiritual life has gradually become a theoretical and practical issue of concern“ As the main force of the current university campus,it is not only conducive to promote the free and all-round development of college students,but also to improve the ideological and political education of college students to study and grasp the spiritual life of "Post-00" college students and solve the problems existing in the spiritual life of "Post-00" college students,Therefore,it is of profound theoretical and practical significance to study the spiritual life of "Post-00s" college students.In the long history,the discussion on the spiritual life is long and continuous.The Marxist theory of human nature,human needs,spiritual production and human all-round development provide a solid theoretical basis for the study of the spiritual life of "Post-00s" college students.In addition,the Chinese Communist Party’s thought of spiritual life,the theory of spiritual production and the theory of human all-round development provide a solid theoretical basis for the study of the spiritual life of "Post-00s" college students.The discussion of spiritual life in Chinese traditional culture and the representative research on spiritual life in the West provide rich ideological resources for the research on the spiritual life of "Post-00s" college students.Based on the analysis of 1429 valid survey results and interview results,we can know the understanding and evaluation of the spiritual life,ideals and beliefs,moral cultivation,cultural and leisure activities,mental health and other aspects of the "Post-00s" students in s University.In order to better grasp the spiritual life of "Post-00s" college students,we compare it with that of previous college students,and find that the spiritual life of "Post-00s" college students has its intergenerational characteristics.At the same time,the positive aspects of "Post-00s" College Students’ spiritual life are analyzed and summarized as follows:comprehensive and diversified understanding of spiritual life;They pay more attention to spiritual life;The satisfaction of spiritual life was high;It shows a high level of moral cognition;Clear political position and high degree of political concern;Cultural activities are rich and colorful,and the evaluation is high.The shortcomings are mainly reflected in:Utilitarianism of value orientation,loss of ideal belief,fragmentation of knowledge learning,vulgarization of leisure activities,anxiety of psychological state,etc.The causes of the deficiencies of the"Post-00s"College Students’spiritual life are complex and diverse.The expansion of material desire leads to the utilitarian value orientation of"Post-00s"college students,the coexistence of multiple cultures leads to the loss of"Post-00s"College Students’beliefs,the rapid development of the Internet changes their reading and learning habits,the development of new media intensifies their network dependence,and various factors lead to their psychological anxiety.In view of the above problems and the main causes,we should take targeted strategies to further optimize and enhance the spiritual life of"Post-00s"college students,that is,to strengthen ideological guidance and guide students to cultivate ideals and beliefs;Strengthen the network management,guide students to improve the habit of using the network;Carry out leisure education to guide students to have a high quality of leisure life;Strengthen psychological education and pay attention to mental health.
