Since ancient times,China has always attached importance to personality education.For the shaping of ideal personality,the pre-Qin scholars put forward many theories and actively practiced them.For example,"Shang shu·Taomo",the "Nine Virtues" proposed by the ideal personality standards of Yao,Shun and Yu:”Wide but chestnut,soft and upright,willing and Gong,chaos and respect,disturbed and resolute,straight and warm,Simple and simple,just and plug,strong and righteous."In order to pursue the personality of the sages,Kongzi proposed "self-cultivation,family,governance,and the world".Dong Zhongshu of the Han Dynasty believed that cultivating personality should "follow the path of heaven." In modern times,Mr.Cai Yuanpei,an educator,proposed that education should "develop a sound personality".Adhering to personality education has always been the tradition of Chinese language education.However,since the 20th century,Chinese language disciplines have been affected by the social environment,and personality education has gradually been diluted or even shelved.Since the reform and opening up,although the country's overall ideological liberation has begun to emphasize the moral education function of language,it is difficult to implement.With the development of exam-oriented education,students have become products on the assembly line of the factory.The characteristics of students as "people" are ignored,and personality education is increasingly neglected.The decline of personality education will inevitably bring about the defects of students 'personality.Although this is not the full responsibility of Chinese education,the language discipline can not be dismissed.Fortunately,in the spring breeze of educational reform,the"Gaozhongyuwen curriculum standard(experimental version)" proposed to educate students on emotional values.In 2017,the "Gaozhongyuwen curriculum standard"proposed to cultivate students 'core values.Pay attention to students as human development,personality education has once again received the attention of the education community.Many experts and scholars in China have put forward the theory that can be studied by first-line teachers.The research on personality education in China has also risen to a certain height,but it is still difficult to achieve a major breakthrough in the development of personality education in China.The reason is that the author thinks that the theory is an education expert,but the experts are far away from the podium,and most of their theories have difficulties in practice.Therefore,the author combines the theory of Chinese personality education with his own teaching practice in this thesis.According to the personality development of the students in the teaching school,the author puts forward some pertinent teaching suggestions.In addition,the author found that some researchers have a one-sided understanding of Chinese personality education as emotional values education,in the course of measures to explore the author also carried out an analysis.The research content of this thesis is based on the personality development status of high school students who are taught by the author.The research content is divided into four parts:The first part is to introduce the related theories-personality theory,healthy personality,personality education,Chinese personality education,the goal of Chinese personality education,and the status quo of domestic research on Chinese personality education;The second part analyzes the necessity of Chinese personality education from the needs of the times,the development trend of Chinese education,the effectiveness of Chinese education,and the growth of students 'self-improvement;The third part is based on the first part of the healthy personality performance of the author to teach the students in the school to understand the students 'personality development;The fourth part is the author's practice exploration of using the Chinese personality education theory to shape students 'healthy personality in teaching.The author introduces four teaching methods:discovery method,guidance and understanding method,migration and expansion method,and independent inquiry method,and analyzes the author's teaching examples.
