The phenomenon of lack of integrity is very popular in the current society.It seems that the virtue of integrity can only be presented more in textbooks.In addition to enforcing the law,it is essential to seek help from education to solve the widespread phenomenon of lack of integrity.Students will eventually become social beings,their present status of integrity represents the prospective appearance of society,s integrity.The elements of moral character include moral behavior,moral will,moral emotion and moral cognition,whether teachers can effectively educate and guide students from the four aspects has an very significant impact on the generation and development of students' integrity quality.Questionnaires and interviews were used as survey tools in this study.As for the design of the questionnaire,based on the theory of moral education psychology,four dimensions of integrity cognition,integrity emotion,integrity will,integrity behavior and two levels of integrity and trustworthiness were determined by referring to relevant literature,and conducted a survey among teachers and students.Moreover,based to the investigation and research,relevant interviews were conducted with teachers to obtain more information about integrity education.Based on the investigation and interview data of three schools in a city in Shandong Province,this thesis recognizes the current situation and existing problems of implementing integrity education for teachers in senior primary schools,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the reasons.According to the survey,it is found that there are significant differences in the implementation of integrity education in the teaching subject and position,while there are no significant differences in the variables such as gender and academic background.In today's integrity education,teachers mainly have the problems of inadequate education of integrity cognition,serious absence of integrity emotion education,obvious weakness of integrity will education,insufficient education of integrity behavior,lack of vitality and humanity of integrity education method,formalization and formality of integrity education.The cause of the above problems are various,including the teachers themselves,also including the family and society,as far as the teachers in this study are concerned,their educational ideas are outdated and backward,and their reserve and application of conditional knowledge are insufficient,as well as their insufficient understanding of the possibility,importance and practical conditions of integrity education and their own lack of integrity.According to the problems and reasons found,the thesis puts forward strategies and suggestions from different aspects.In the first place,it is essential to deepen students' cognition of integrity,make the students form the positive integrity emotion,train students' integrity will,develop students' integrity behavior,make the integrity education method more vitality and humanism,and organize activities with the theme of integrity.Secondly,for schools,we should create a positive environment of integrity and reform the method of evaluating teachers.
