| As one of the core qualities, logical reasoning ability has always been attached great importance by mathematics education circle, and junior high school students are in the critical period of logical reasoning development. Therefore, studying the logical reasoning ability of junior high school students has important practical significance for teachers to carry out mathematics teaching and cultivate students'logical reasoning ability."Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2011 Edition)"proposes to cultivate students' ability to discover and raise mathematics problems from different angles. However,in current secondary education, students are often neglected to raise their own problems. Therefore, studying junior high school students'problem-raising ability is of great practical significance for understanding the current situation of students and targeted training. This article also attempts to explore whether there is a certain relationship between the two abilities,so as to provide theoretical basis for teachers to carry out teaching. This paper studies three issues:first, the current situation of junior high school students' logical reasoning ability;second, the current situation of junior high school students' mathematical problems;third, the relationship between junior high school students' logical reasoning ability and mathematical problems. For research question 1,according to professor Yu ping and professor Shi ningzhong's classification of logical reasoning ability, this paper has compiled a test paper for logical reasoning ability. For research question 2.this paper draws lessons from the test paper compiled by professor Cai jinfa and forms its own test paper by consulting literature. For research question 3,this article uses SPSS to carry on correlation analysis and regression analysis, thus obtains the result.Based on the study of this sample, this paper draws three conclusions:first, junior high school students'logical reasoning ability is at a better level, deductive reasoning ability is better than reasonable reasoning, there is no significant gender difference in all dimensions of reasoning, and there is no significant difference in all dimensions of logical reasoning between the two classes with similar scores and the schools with similar rankings.Secondly, the problem-posing ability of junior high school students is on the low side of the middle, and there is no significant difference in the overall performance and three dimensions of the problem-posing of students of different genders and different schools. There are significant differences in the overall performance and three dimensions of different classes in raising questions.Classes with slightly better results perform better. Finally, there is a significant positive correlation between logical reasoning ability and problem-posing ability, but it is a slight correlation. |
