Mathematics core accomplishment is a hot issue in the field of mathematics education and research.Logical reasoning ability has an important influence on students' mathematics learning and future career development.Through the literature reading method,this paper understands and defines the connotation of logical reasoning means starting from the fact?the some known?math concepts and objects of mathematics(math concepts?nature?formula?law)to logical thinking(observation?experiment?analogy?induction?deduction and summary),and then introduced the process of a proposition.By means of questionnaire sampling,about 500 junior middle school students with different grades,genders,regions and grades and about 30 math teachers with different teaching ages,genders and titles were tested by questionnaires.The students' test papers refer to the PISA test questions and the contents of the junior middle school mathematics textbook,and are written hierarchically according to the content dimension,horizontal dimension and structural dimension.The reliability and validity of the test papers are all above 0.8 after being verified by SPSS.From the teacher to the students,the purpose is to deeply explore the current situation of middle school students' mathematical logical reasoning ability.Through the data analysis method,analyze the questionnaire data,understand the comprehensive data macroscopically,understand the current situation of the logical reasoning level of junior middle school students;The microscopic comparison and analysis of the data of each dimension are different,so as to find the factors affecting the logical reasoning ability of junior high school students.Through the interview method,this paper conducted interviews with junior middle school students,first-line mathematics teachers and experts and professors to understand their views on logical reasoning and enhance the feasibility and scientificity of the conclusion.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire data,the following conclusions are drawn:1?Status quo of logical reasoning ability of junior high school studentsThe logical reasoning level of junior high school students generally shows a normal distribution of “thick in the middle and thin on both sides”.Most of the students' mathematical reasoning ability is moderate,while those who are excellent or poor only account for about 20% of the total number.Students are better at deductive reasoning than reasonable reasoning,but weak in geometric deduction and mathematical abstract reasoning.2?Factors affecting students' logical reasoning abilityGrade difference has a certain impact on students' logical reasoning ability,especially on students with excellent reasoning ability,which has a greater impact on students with average reasoning level.Second,gender has little effect on logical reasoning ability.Finally,math scores have a great impact on logical reasoning ability,and learning math has a positive effect on the improvement of logical reasoning ability.The previous transfer of many mathematical knowledge points contains the idea of logical reasoning.On the contrary,learning math also depends on logical reasoning ability to a large extent,and the two complement each other.Geography also has a certain influence on students' logical reasoning ability,which is mainly caused by family factors,school factors,social factors and other external factors.3.Teaching strategies to cultivate students' logical reasoning abilityAccording to the analysis of research data,this paper concludes eight teaching strategies for cultivating logical reasoning of junior high school students,which are as follows: Stimulate the students' interest,combine with the real life teaching;Solid mathematical foundation,strengthen the study of mathematical knowledge;Pay attention to reasonable reasoning and cultivate the ability of inductive analogy;Pay attention to mathematical abstraction,distinguish mathematical logic language;Paying attention to geometric reasoning and strengthening the training of geometric deduction;Cultivate macroscopic thinking and develop comprehensive thinking ability;Cultivate creative thinking and create opportunities for independent inquiry;Pay attention to teaching according to aptitude,according to grade level teaching.
