Due to the inconsistent economic development of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,the widening gap between urban and rural areas has hindered the development of rural education.The quality of classroom teaching in rural schools is not high due to remote locations,insufficient teachers,and shortage of teaching resources.In the era of "Internet +" rapid development,innovations have also occurred in the teaching model.It is an important measure and means to use the advantages of information technology to balance education development.Relying on the Internet interactive platform,the "dual-teacher teaching" model "delivers" high-quality urban teaching resources to rural schools,aiming to achieve a balanced development of compulsory education.This article investigates the current situation of junior middle school biology teaching in Guangxi pilot schools and analyzes the current problems.Based on the "dual-teacher teaching",it sorts out the implementation process and sends dawn to the rural junior middle school biology teaching.First,the author takes the first junior middle school in Xiaoyi Town,Hengxian County,Nanning City as the object of investigating the current status of biological teaching in rural junior middle schools.Through student questionnaires and teacher interviews,the specific teaching situation of the school was analyzed from the four aspects of geographical environment,teaching resources,teacher status,and student status,and some problems in the school's first junior middle school were summarized: first,biology The quality of the classroom needs to be improved;second,teachers' comprehensive abilities need to be improved;third,students' learning habits need to be adjusted urgently.Secondly,according to the specific status of the pilot schools,the implementation process of "dual-teacher teaching" is introduced,and the implementation process is divided into resource preparation stage,resource utilization stage,and summary reflection stage.The resource preparation stage is divided into the determination of the recording school,the training of therecording teacher and the production of resources;the resource utilization stage is divided into the pre-job training of the teaching teacher,the lesson preparation stage of the teaching teacher and the classroom teaching stage of the teaching teacher.Finally,relying on the implementation process of "Double Teacher Teaching",the typical case "Infectious Diseases and Prevention" is analyzed.Teachers of lectures carefully discuss the setting of teaching objectives,the discussion of teaching methods and teaching activities,the determination of teacher design,etc.to ensure that the resources produced can be used in the "double teacher teaching" classroom.Teachers who use lessons learn the high-quality resources of the network platform of the pilot project of reforming the "double-teacher teaching" model in Guangxi,conduct individual lesson preparation and collective lesson preparation,and finally determine the teaching design.After implementing the "dual-teacher teaching",the teacher who used the lesson should communicate with the teacher who recorded the lesson in time to complete the teaching reflection.
