The simple art education has its origins in ancient times and runs through the entire history of human education and civilization and aesthetic history.As the means and content of the literature,music,art and so on of aesthetic education activity is an important part of aesthetic education,nonetheless,it is common knowledge is that professional art teachers is very little in rural primary schools,meanwhile,the number of the art curriculum did not meet the requirement of the provisions of the state curriculum in rural primary schools,Therefore,it is difficult for rural children to carry out quality-oriented education.in order to realize "the fair and quality of education" target and make the balanced development of the urban and rural compulsory education,the government made many efforts,but rural teacher shackles of introducing process difficult,do not leave the problem of the development of rural education.In the rapid development of information technology at present,the government proposed the"Internet+education" of a new mode of education services,for the application of education information technology to make up for the unbalanced urban and rural education gap provides practical support,relies on the rapid development of information technology and the concept of Shared development of booming,"teaching in the class of".The development of the "Double Teacher Classroom" classroom teaching can not only solve the village school art teacher in a certain extent the lack of realization of the sharing of high quality teachers but also can be used as a school-based training,promote the development of the rural teacher professional art,is to promote the balanced development of the education with education technology,fairness and quality of art education.This study is given priority to with interviews,supplemented by questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,county J in Ningxia five rural primary school of the arts curriculum implementation situation,analysis summarizes the problems in art education in the region and the introduction of the arts the advantage and feasibility of the "Double Teacher Classroom" class,based on this,the author on the basis of "Smith-Reagan" model,combined with the "Double Teacher Classroom" of the basic framework,design the apply to the arts "double division" classroom teaching process,and gives the corresponding interpretation.In addition,the paper chooses the first lesson "Color temperature" as the teaching case,and carries on the corresponding teaching reflection and summary.Finally,the author analyzes and evaluates the implementation effect of "Double Teacher Classroom" in art category by means of questionnaire and interview.It can be seen that the introduction of art "double-teacher classroom" in rural primary schools in County J of Ningxia has alleviated the shortage of full-time art teachers in rural schools,promoted the improvement of rural teachers' professional quality,improved the self-recognition of rural students,and realized the all-round development of rural students.
