As one of the important junior middle school mathematics courses,mathematics concept course is also the core of mathematics teaching content.And mathematical concepts are the basic components of mathematical thinking and knowledge,and they are abstract and general.In order to provide specific teaching strategies for mathematical concept teaching,it is of great research value to do further research on the teaching of mathematical concept classes.By observing the teaching of some teachers' concept classes and conducting a questionnaire survey on students and teachers,the result is that there are limited teachers' teaching abilities in the teaching of math concept classes in junior high schools.Teachers make misjudgments on students'knowledge levels and lack communication between teachers,Can't take the teaching process suitable for students' concept generation,underestimate the process,pay attention to scores,and bias training to do problems.As a result,students are unable to have a deep understanding of concepts and it is more difficult to get a comprehensive application.In view of the above situation,in order to enable students at this stage to learn mathematics better,learn mathematical concepts and applied concepts,and improve teaching quality,the article will make a detailed study on the teaching methods and strategies of mathematics concepts.Through the study of related theories,the meaning,characteristics,constituent elements and learning forms of mathematical concepts are elaborated in detail.The concept lesson is divided into four stages:introduction,understanding,consolidation,system construction and detailed introduction.The survey results,from the students' actual cognitive level and the essential attributes of concepts,put forward the teaching strategy of curriculum introduction,and use this method in the three links of concept introduction,understanding,and consolidation,and put forward the teaching strategy of mind mapping.And used to construct this link in the concept system.The two concept teaching strategies proposed are used in specific teaching cases,and the detailed teaching design of the concept teaching of"Recognizing Triangle" and "Rotation of Graphics" is carried out.
