Teachers are the foundation of teaching,the source of education,the foundation of the development of education,and the key to improving the quality of education.The cultivation of excellent teachers is an important goal of teacher education reform in the new era,and an effective way to improve the quality of education and promote the professional development of teachers.As an important part of teachers' professional quality,education scientific research ability is the core trait of teachers to improve the quality of education and teaching,to improve their professional level,and to realize their excellent development and become excellent teachers.As a key indicator to evaluate teachers' educational research ability,teaching papers can effectively reflect the level and structure of educational scientific research ability of excellent teachers in middle schools.This study is based on 365 science superfine teachers of middle schools in 5 provinces in the eastern part of China.At the macro level,by analyzing the internal and external features of the content of the teachingpapers of this group,it reflects the development status of the educational scientific research ability of the excellent teachers in science.And at the micro level,understand the field of education and research and the development process of excellent teachers in science.It is expected to provide a certain theoretical basis for the research on the development status of the education scientific research ability of science teachers in middle schools,and a certain practical basis for the participation of excellent science teachers in educational research and the development of educational research ability.This research is mainly divided into three parts.Firstly,the background and core concepts of relevant researches such as teacher professional development,excellent teachers,educational research of excellent science teachers were sorted out through relevant literatures.Secondly,through the quantitative research and qualitative analysis of the quantity and content features of the teaching papers of excellent science teachers in middle schools,the paper has a macro understanding of the educational research output and educational research ability of science excellent teachers in middle schools.Finally,by case analysis of two excellent teachers in educational research and their teaching papers,this paper describes the development features of excellent teachers in educational research at the micro level.It is found that there are different degrees of differences in the distribution of teaching papers for excellent science teachers in gender,region,and discipline.The teaching papers of excellent science teachers in middle school show the features of centralization of periodicals,multi-polarization of distribution of educational research achievements in geography,there are many stages on the distribution of educational scientific findings and the development of educational capabilities,and diversification of contents.On the individual level,it presents such personalized features as normalization of education scientific research,thematic and specialization of educational scientific findings.Based on the above research,it has a certain understanding of the development status of the educational scientific findings of the excellent science teachers in gender,region and disciplines,has a certain understanding of the research content and the development of educational research capabilities' features of the excellent science teachers' group and individual.And on this basis,analyze the shortcomings of this research and look forward to the following research.
