In recent years,standard-based curriculum reform has been widely promoted in many countries around the world.Since the promulgation of curriculum standard in the early 2000s,China has gained a deeper understanding of relationship among examination evaluation,instruction content and curriculum standard.In theory,under the background of standard-based curriculum reform,only the high alignment among evaluation,instruction and standard can ensure the quality of curriculum implementation,otherwise the reform will have little effect.At present,the research on alignment is still in its infancy,and most of the studies are focused on alignment between evaluation and curriculum standard.The studies of alignment between teachers' instruction and curriculum standard are still less.The objects of this paper include Mathematics Curriculum Standard(Experiment)for senior high school,college entrance examination of Mathematics for Jiangsu liberal arts students from 2016 to 2018 and Suzhou mathematics teachers.Based on SEC alignment method and framework of alignment analysis,curriculum standard and college entrance examination paper are coded,and the questionnaire of classroom instruction is used to count teachers' instruction.In addition,descriptive statistics are used to analyze the fit and deviation of college entrance examination paper,teachers' instruction and curriculum standard from the two dimensions of content subject and cognitive level.The research shows that the alignment of "evaluation-standard" and"instruction-standard" are not satisfactory.As far as "evaluation-standard" is concerned,the alignment between examination paper and curriculum standard in the past three years has not improved with the advancement of the new curriculum reform,and there are significant differences between examination papers and curriculum standard from the dimensions of content subject and cognitive level.Compared with carriculum standard,the college entrance examination test paper has obvious trend of exaltation.As far as "instruction-standard" is concerned,the alignment between teachers' instruction content and curriculum standard is not significant.From the dimension of content subject,the instruction of "probability and statistics" is obviously less than that of curriculum standard,but the instruction of other subjects increases.From the dimension of cognitive level,teachers have higher cognitive requirements than curriculum standard.In order to improve the alignment of "evaluation-standard" and"instruction-standard",according to conclusions of the research,this paper puts forward some suggestions,including standardizing tests,strengthening teachers'training,enriching evaluation methods and developing alignment research.We hope that "standard-based evaluation" and "standard-based instruction" can be realized as soon as possible.
