Research purpose:In 2014,according to the national survey on students' physical fitness and health released by the Ministry of education, the myopia rate of students at all ages is on the rise. The myopia rate of primary school students aged 7-12 is 45.71%,and that of junior high school students aged 13-15 is 74.36%.Myopia has become a common disease with the highest detection rate among Chinese students. It is a public health that needs the common concern of the whole society Health problems.Long time use of electronic products, close reading and incorrect reading and writing posture will lead to the loss of rest and fatigue recovery of ciliary muscle, the loss of the original adjustment function, and the decline of dynamic vision. In this study, through the design of a teaching scheme in which modern game devices are used as visual indicators in sports activities, students can catch the modern game devices in sports activities with the visual changes of alternating far near vision, exercise the adjustment function of ciliary muscles, stimulate the interest of primary school students in sports activities, and verify whether the purpose of improving the dynamic vision of primary school students can be achieved,so as to promote the vision health Development.Research methods:This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment comparison and mathematical statistics to carry out a 16 week physical education experiment on the second grade students of Suzhou experimental primary school. The experimental group uses modern game equipment as the visual standard for physical education according to the experiment, while the control group carries out the same physical education experiment Physical education teaching content, but no special experimental intervention.Research results:1.The dynamic vision of the experimental group changed significantly(P<0.05),but that of the control group did not(P>0.05).2.After the experiment, the dynamic vision of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).3.There was no significant difference in dynamic vision between the two groups(P>0.05).4.The dynamic vision of male and female students in the experimental group changed significantly compared with that before the experiment(P<0.01).5.There was a positive correlation between dynamic vision and static vision in the experimental group(P<0.01).Research conclusion:1.There is a certain degree of correlation between dynamic vision and exercise intensity, exercise time, exercise frequency and total amount of exercise, which shows that certain physical exercise can promote children's dynamic vision.2.The dynamic vision level of the second grade students in primary school can be developed by using modern game devices as visual standards in sports activities.3.The dynamic vision level of the second grade primary school students of different genders can be developed by using modern game devices as visual standards in sports activities.4.By improving the dynamic vision level of the second grade students in primary school, the static vision can be improved.
