The rising rate of myopia has become a global concern.Hashemi et al.conducted a study on global ametropia according to the official data released by who,and the results showed that the prevalence of myopia was 10.4%in 1993,and then increased to 34.2%in 2016,with a trend of continuous increase.At the same time,Holden et al.also studied the data of the world in recent ten years.It is estimated that in 2050,there will be 4.758 billion(49.8%of the total)myopia patients in the world,among which there will be 938 million(9.8%of the total)high myopia patients.The number of children and teenagers in China who suffer from myopia has become the world's largest,according to a 2018 article by the national health commission.This paper takes myopia as the starting point and seeks the countermeasures from the school sports field.Using dynamic vision and static vision as the test indexes,the football basic exercise of strengthening dynamic vision task was carried out for the myopic patients in grade 5,and the positive effect of special physical exercise on improving the myopic people was discussed.Purpose;1,according to the characteristics of the football sports,school children's physical and mental characteristics and actual situation design and develop intervention plans for fifth grade pupils myopia patients,to explore the specific interventions of football sports,verify strengthening and dynamic visual task football practice of visual acuity in patients with primary school pupils myopia effects and to find a suitable and can improve the myopia patients vision intervention plans for promotion.2.Conduct experimental intervention program research,verify the prepared intervention program.and verify the effectiveness of the experiment on the vision of myopic patients by passing the tests before.during and after football practice.Methods;(1)literature research method:collect and consult domestic and foreign literature and materials related to this study,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for this study.(2)observation:with the continuous implementation of intervention plan,teachers need to focus on the student's class in the process of class situation and plan implementation effect,at the same time,the specific implementation of class situation and solutions of summary and analysis,and in a timely manner and student exchanges,to ensure that the intervention program such as quality such as quantity.(3)experimentation,on a voluntary basis,suzhou dongshan screening experimentelementaryschool32bit physical condition is good,at the same time there is no genetic history of 10 to 11 grade five pupils myopia patients as experimental object,the experimental group will open football training for 16 weeks,three times a week class,class time for 40 min,the selection of light box type "E" glyph end test static vision,use Shanghai hump automation technology co.,LTD.Production of XP.14-TD-J905 vision detector test dynamic vision.(4)mathematical statistics method:SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the data generated by the experiment.The specific method is as follows:(1)input the recovered data in the data collection stage;(2)analyze the variance of the measured data before,during and after the experimental intervention stage to test the effectiveness of the experimental intervention.The P value is defined as 0.05.Results 1.The overall static vision and dynamic vision after the experiment have increased significantly(P<0.05),after the experiment and the two phase effect significantly,(2)the static vision and dynamic vision of the boys at the end of the experiment with improved(P<0.05),the static vision aspects of measure and the best results,after the test of dynamic vision aspects in front,middle and late compared with measurement of the most significant effect.3.The static vision and dynamic vision of female students improved significantly from before the experiment to the experiment,and also improved continuously after the experiment(P<0.05),with the most significant effects of female students in the middle and post test.4.Independent sample T test results showed that there was no difference in static vision and dynamic vision between male and female(P>0.05).5.At the end of the training,the vision of two subjects returned to the normal level(? 5.0),accounting for 6%.Conclusion:(1)after the experiment the overall static vision and dynamic vision have increased significantly,after the test and measurement is the most significant effect of the two phases,(2)the static vision and dynamic vision of the boys at the end of the experiment,the static vision aspects of measurement and the best results,after the test of dynamic vision aspects in front,middle and late compared with measurement of the most significant effect.Girls' static vision and dynamic vision after the end of the experiment have a greater improvement,in the middle and after the test stage of the most significant effect,there is no gender difference between male and female.Experiments carried out according to the intervention program can restore the normal vision of 6 percent of myopic students,far higher than the national standard of 5 percent.Suggestions:tolinkthefarnearsightedness of sports with the adjustment function training of optometry,to formulate the intervention program of football basic practice that can improve children's vision specially,and to explore the specific intervention means of open sports.
